Professor Nima Heidari displays a professional, friendly, and helpful manner with patients. Patients report excellent outcomes from procedures such as ankle metalwork removal, leading to significant relief and successful recovery from various lower limb issues. His thorough approach ensures clear explanations of diagnoses and treatment plans, from ankle sprains to more complex conditions. Professor Heidari takes time to listen, ensuring patients feel informed and able to ask questions, with his genuine care, an approachable nature, and efficient team support making the patient experience comfortable and reassuring. These positive experiences involve orthopaedic treatment for foot and ankle surgery and various fractures.
I first met Professor Heidari to discuss having some metalwork removed from my ankle. I found him very personable, knowledgeable and candid all of which I appreciated; his easy manner made me feel that no question was "too stupid", and his honest answers helped shape my expectations for recovery. I had only spoken with Professor Heidari a couple of times before electing to proceed with the operation. It's a lot of trust to place in someone, but his confidence and obvious expertise made me feel as if I was in safe hands. I also felt that Professor Heidari was approachable, accessible and very helpful during the whole process; he always found the time to reply to any further questions I had over email or over Zoom (aided by the very able and efficient Nicci). He also took the time to come and see me whilst I was at the hospital to have my dressing changed, which I appreciated. It's been almost three months since my surgery, the wound has healed beautifully, and the scar is remarkably neat - it's not far off being a near straight line! I believe that Professor Heidari is something of a perfectionist which is another great attribute for a surgeon; you feel that he will do his utmost to ensure your best outcome.
have been under Professor Heidari’s care at One Clinic for the past eighteen months, and I can confidently say that the experience has been exceptional from start to finish. From my very first consultation, Professor Heidari demonstrated a rare combination of professionalism, expertise, and genuine compassion. He takes the time to listen carefully, explains medical information in a clear and reassuring way, and ensures that you feel fully informed before making any decisions about your care. This level of attentiveness immediately put me at ease. Throughout my treatment, his approach has been consistently thorough and thoughtful. He is meticulous in his assessments and proactive in tailoring treatment plans to suit individual needs. What stands out most is his commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes while maintaining a patient-centered approach. The support I’ve received over these eighteen months has been outstanding. Follow-ups have been well-organized, and I’ve always felt that my progress was closely monitored. Any concerns I had were addressed promptly and with genuine care, which made a significant difference to my overall experience. In addition to Professor Heidari himself, the team at One Clinic has been professional, friendly, and efficient, creating a welcoming and well-managed environment. I would highly recommend Professor Heidari to anyone seeking expert care delivered with integrity, empathy, and attention to detail. It has been a privilege to be under his care.

I really appreciated how thorough and reassuring he was, and he took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. His calm, friendly manner and professionalism made the consultation very comfortable. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I am grateful for the care and support I received. I would highly recommend Prof Heidari and his team.
