I had an MRI with UME in their 3T scanner. I have severe anxiety disorder and the staff were so understanding. They put me at ease and the machine is larger, plus there’s a TV you can watch to distract you throughout. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Medically with my scans all was ok. But on checkout my invoices were added up incorrectly and I have been accused of underpaying the amounts due causing a stressful follow up which I could do without. Need to get your accounts payment system sorted out.

I injured my back the week before Christmas — I could not even walk with the pain. I emailed Dr Swan over the weekend not expecting a response until Monday. I should’ve known from my previous experiences that he really cares about his patients and their outcomes so I was not surprised when he called me at home in the evening to discuss what I could do to immediately to relieve the spasm and a plan of next steps for investigations and treatment. I could not think of a safer pair of hands to be in when you are in severe pain and dealing with a spinal injury.

Really good experience

Mr Swan was exceptional. From the outset, he asked all the right questions and took the time to truly listen to my concerns. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to identify and confirm issues that other doctors had previously missed. I felt genuinely heard and reassured throughout the consultation, and he explained everything clearly and thoroughly. Super helpful and professional — I couldn’t recommend Mr Swan highly enough.
