A very positive hip replacement experience. Mr Walczak is professional, approachable and explains the operation and all that is involved clearly and concisely, answering all questions fully. Dr. Ajai Seth is a good listener. He paid attention to everything I said about my condition and pain. He asked me relevant questions too. He performed an ultrasound on my hamstrings and explained so well what we were seeing. He was patient and thorough with his assessment and his consultation report was well written. Mr Lewis explained the procedure beforehand and during the procedure. He answered any queries that I had. Afterwards I received an email from him to remind me how long to wear the dressings and how long to wear the compression stocking afterwards. All good.
