Mr Divyang Shukla is professional and clear in his approach. He explains diagnoses and treatment steps. Patients feel understood and trust his skills. His practice involves knee and shoulder issues.
I was advised to have a MRI scan I panicked and my husband asked Mr Divyang Shukla if it was possible for me to look at the machine as I am severely claustrophobic Mr Divyang was brilliant in arranging for me to look at it which reassured me
Dr Shukla was very professional and explained everything clearly, he is very kind person. I will recommend him to everyone.
I found talking to Mr Shukla very reassuring. He was calm and his explanations were straightforward. He had a clear vision of what was needed.
I had an excellent consultation. The doctor was very professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt listened to and reassured, and I would highly recommend him.
My recent visit to the knee consultant was positive and informative. The consultant listened carefully to my concerns, reviewed my X-rays, and clearly explained that I have severe osteoarthritis in my knees. We discussed the treatment options available, including injections, and the possibility of a knee replacement. I had the opportunity to ask questions, and everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand. I left the appointment with a much better understanding of my condition and the next steps in my treatment.
I was nervous about my appointment as I have suffered an injury where it is impossible for me to understand the extent without a professional review. My experience of NHS has always been that I have to fight to be heard but my experience so far has been the complete opposite end of the spectrum. Mr Shukla made me feel very comfortable as soon as he greeted me in reception. He listened to everything I said and asked questions to clarify. Having reviewed my injury and listening to how it happened Mr Shukla clearly explained what his opinion was and immediately referred me for a scan. I asked Mr Shukla a very direct question regarding recovery time and I valued his very honest response, even though it wasn’t what I wanted to hear. Dr Shukla took the time to understand my lifestyle and the impact of my injury and explained some of the potential options for treatment while not making any promises without a full diagnosis. I have left feeling valued and listened to, and that I am in safe hands. Since my initial appointment, Dr Shukla has been true to his word - I was booked in for an MRI the next day and I’m booked into see Dr Shukla to discuss the results. Dr Shukla was so invested in my care that he booked my next appointment in his clinic even though he didn’t officially have space. I have been asked by friends about my experience so far and my words have been that Dr Shukla is exceptionally kind and gentle and that I don’t often build trust within such a short amount of time but I feel Dr Shukla will look after me and that we will make the right decisions for my treatment...
