Mr Shukla is very polite and efficient. He was quick to address my problem and it was dealt with promptly which was pleasing and reassuring of being in good hands.

I visited Mr Shukla for a 2nd opinion. He explained clearly what my options were; how long my recovery would be, and agreed to process the agreed procedure. Follow-up appointment was received before I even reached my home. Very efficient.

Dr Shula explained things well. However he advised me that his report letter would be sent by email which I have not received, equally there is no information or notes made on the NHS app for me to retain for future follow up or consultation should it be required. So, whereas he knows his stuff, the documentation for the patient to access is non existent.

I had a very positive consultation with Mr Shukla regarding my up and coming hip replacement . Having had my left hip replaced very successfully by Mr Shukla, I feel assured I'm in safe hands regarding my right hip replacement. As background, I suffered an ACL and meniscus injury playing cricket last year, which recurred more recently. An MRI confirmed a complete ACL rupture with associated meniscus damage, and I was placed on a waiting list for surgery. After six months with no progress, my GP referred me to Woodland Hospital Trust. From the moment you reviewed my medical records, you offered me surgery straight away, which was a huge relief after such a long wait. I really appreciate the speed and clarity with which you handled my case, and I'm very happy with the outcome of the appointment.
