Mr Divyang Shukla is professional, clear, friendly, and reassuring when talking to patients. He provides thorough examinations, explaining treatment options, and arranges speedy diagnostic scans like MRI scans for conditions such as knee replacement, shoulder surgery, hip problems, and joint injections. His compassionate approach and knowledge instil confidence, making patients feel listened to and understood. Common themes for care involve knee pain, knee replacement procedures, and shoulder pain.
Mr Shukla was very pleasant and professional in his approach and very thorough in investigating the history behind my osteo-arthritic left knee and conducted the session with great care and integrity. I was referred for X-rays to be done straightaway and called back in very quickly afterwards to show me the x-rays and explain the state of my arthritic knees. He listened carefully to my needs and views and explained the options open to me for further treatment. He considered my views and how I would like to progress. I was very happy with the join decision we made to progress.
Mr Shukla took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and I never felt rushed, unlike some other consultations where you feel like you’re being hurried out of the door. He is clearly a very knowledgeable and experienced consultant, and this really came through in his recommendations on how best to manage my injury over the next few years. I particularly appreciated that he was not quick to recommend surgery and instead took a considered, long-term approach. Thank you, Mr Shukla, for your time, advice and professional approach. I really appreciated the consultation and would highly recommend him.
Was a little anxious beforehand but Mr Shukla was friendly, approachable and explained clearly what the process was regarding my injury.
I saw Mr Shukla earlier this week and he did a very thorough examination of my shoulder, explained very clearly his provisional diagnosis and arranged for me to have a scan to confirm this diagnosis. Mr Shukla has a great bedside manner, makes one feel completely at ease and I have every confidence in him.
Dr Shukla was wonderful. Exceptionally empathetic and considerate of my position. He promised to help me with arranging my hip replacement through the NHS and with him doing the operation. I’m not sure how this will work but I am so excited and relieved to have found such a compassionate understanding man . Thank you!!!
Mr Shukla is a very pleasant gentleman and has an excellent manner he took his time to fully explain the procedure to me so I was fully aware of the proposed course of action.
Mr Shulka was extremely friendly and professional during my consultation. He made me feel as though I was important and not just another patient.
Dr Shukla is very kind person and explains everything clearly about all the options possible.
Mr Shukla was very professional and explained his thoughts and how he was going to proceed re MRI scan to be thorough in checking the injury. I had the MRI scan yesterday and the next step is for me to see him again later in September to look at the damage and consider options r treatment.
This was my first ever experience with Mr Shukla. I had heard excellent things about him and he had also operated on my mother a few years ago and more recently my friends uncle. I specifically requested a consultation with Mr Shukla as his reputation proceeded him. I was extremely pleased I made this decision based on his recommendations. He was polite, calming and totally professional and made the appointment a very warm and reassuring experience.
