Mr Sian was extremely thorough in his examination, extremely knowledgeable and provided a very clear and concise explanation of my condition and the options available to me. He also suggested things that would help me manage my condition in the long term after my procedure. He provided an explanation that was easy to understand and was thoroughly professional in his bedside manner.

He was very thorough and ask if l kown l had a stigma in my eye explain they could work round it and it could make l eye worse but now they know they will try there best and did l still won't to go a head l said yes he made appointments round my hoildays which was very good of him as he must be very bissy

She is simply the best: absolutely delightful, friendly, human, engaging, knowledgeable, caring, reassuring, listens to one and notes down everything one says. She is also an expert clinician having carried out over 25,000 cataract procedures alone. Ms Richardson explains the whole procedure clearly and simply and presents all the options available for the surgery and the new lens and guided me calmly, wisely, sensitively and sensibly throughout the whole process. Successful surgery, great vision and the best ophthalmologist in the world- what more can one want?!

Mr Sivaraj is not only an excellent Surgeon & Consultant, but has great empathy with his patients. I was so grateful that he took time to explain, that his aim was to deliver the best result possible for me. This resulted in 20/20 vision without glasses.

All good. Did not have to wait too long waiting to down for op. All staff excellent. Suggest patients given a spread sheet to tick off when they put in drops. Older people may not be able to do the spread sheet!! I couldn’t! Thank you to all.
