I must confess to being an extremely nervous customer but Mr Sian and his team were a perfect fit for my needs. I had previously gone for a consultation with a different provider where I felt it was very much a hard sales pitch, with constant 'follow up' calls from the day of the appointment and on an almost daily basis after that to get me booked in quickly. Mr Sian was a calming, professional influence which definitely confirmed where I would be in safe hands. He is the person you first meet to speak with about the procedure, who answers all your questions, completes your bespoke examination and who performs your procedure and all follow up appointments. You never get bumped around to different departments or people. The hospital was comfortable and the nursing and support team were all wonderful. Mr Sian's PA, Lucy is helpful and efficient with any communications such as booking in follow ups and arranging suitable dates for surgery. I cannot thank Mr Sian and his team enough for their professionalism and care.

From the initial consultation ,through to the post-procedure check-ups, I was fully informed of my choices,the actual procedures and any side effects. I received nothing but first class attention throughout, instilling confidence and trust in me for a successful outcome. which has so far exceeded my expectations in returning my sight to clarity and comfort, both day and night.

Mr Sian is an amazing consultant who explains everything and is very calming when you are abit concerned about anything.

Mr Sian is a very professional, kind gentleman. I will certainly be recommending him to all my friends who need help with their eyes. I count myself as extremely fortunate to have him as my surgeon. I have only just found that he was trained in London at Moorfields Eye hospital so I had the best surgeon from the best training hospital..He also has a very nice personality and a sense of humour.
