A very reassuring, comfortable experience, I was very happy with all aspects of my surgery
Excellent all round experience thankyou Mr. Pasu. I now have 20/20 vision thanks to you!
The facilities were calm, quiet and reassuring. All the staff were extremely professional and kind. The procedure was seamless and pain free. It was speedy and precisely on the stated times for arriving and departing.
The Doctor was calming, reassuring and explained everything.
I found him very helpful and efficient.
Prior to my surgery I was uncertain about the procedure. However I was put at ease by the staff at the clinic. They were all friendly and professional and provided me with information in advance of surgery and advice about post-operative care.
everyone was very helpful and friendly and all in all a great exprience.
Everything ( 2 x cataract operations, 1 on each eye at separate times) was carried out very efficiently and professionally.
Could not fault surgery. Vision much improved. Unfortunately my tear duck is blocked. Went to Eastbourne hospital 5 months ago and still waiting for another appointment to be looked at again (appointment should have been 2 months ago)
The experience was very positive from start to finish.
