Mr Richard Lee introduced himself to me nicely, went through the documents I'd sent, and told me what we'd be doing in our consultation. I had a good time with him, and he was very kind and reassuring towards me. He did everything with care and attention-to-detail, and I knew he was a real expert in eye care. I even recommended him to a friend of mine as decided I'd definitely see him again myself if in need of guidance or treatment.
