About Mr Bharpoor Singh

Due to the nature of my condition, going to the hospital and seeing the specialists will always come with anxiety and uncertainty. However, I have to say, partly due to my obvious anxiety, Mr Singh’s conduct and way of approaching me in a professional but also empathetic manner makes both the visits and my living with the condition so much easier. Despite clinics being very busy I feel that Mr Singh approaches me in a humanistic way, seeing my situation as beyond my condition; asking if I have any questions and responding in a way that evaluates the gravity of my circumstances but also the optimism that hard work, good living and the expertise of the NHS and medical professionalism can provide. He also performed my surgeries, and has put me in touch with mental health experts. He’s a fantastic doctor!

Always very good at explaining everything. Kind and caring to his patients and takes the time to actually listen which a lot of others don’t do anymore. Really knows what he is talking about and great surgeon too. So pleased I was under his care.

I had both eyes operated on by Mr. Singh since January and I can say that he is a very caring professional with excellent communication skills. He was keen to maintain continuation of care and saw me personally every visit. The operations are a great success and I cannot be more thankful for his expertise .
