Dr Sancy Low, is a brilliant doctor. I am very short sighted in both of my eyes, and to make matters worse I had cataract in both eyes. The cataract was extremely worse in my left eyes, I thought I was going to lose my eyesight. When I meet with Dr Sancy Low she listened to my concerns, she could see how nervous and scared I was about my whole eye health. Dr Sancy said that she would look after me and she did exactly that. Dr Sancy has changed my life for the good, my cataracts are now removed, I can now see clearly. I was also given special lenses which were inserted in both of my eyes, these lenses has given me perfect vision. For the first time in my life I don’t need to rely on wearing glasses to see. I am very grateful to of met Dr Sandy. She is a wonderful and great doctor. Thank you Dr Sancy for giving me back my confidence. I no longer need to hide behind my glasses anymore. Mr Sid Goel gave excellent care throughout seeing him, he has excellent bed side manner also, and explains the facts, procedures, pro's and con's when you see him.

I was recommended by a friend who had the same Bilateral refractive lens replacement with Trifocal lenses that I was looking for and I am so pleased I followed that advice. Everything was explained to a super in depth degree, including videos of the actual procedure so I was fully aware of what to expect. The aftercare and follow ups were excellent and I was left in no doubt that, had there been any issues, which there weren't, everything would be managed which gave me piece of mind in making my choice of surgeon. Our eyes are so precious, it's important that you fully understand everything and you have the utmost faith in the professionals you choose. My only regret is that a phaffed around and didn't get it done years ago!

Miss Tina Khanam is very supportive, caring and tries to get the best outcome for you. I initially saw Miss Khanam for support with dry eyes and my eyes have genuinely never felt or looked better.

Mr Day put me at ease. He worked quickly though not so I felt rushed. He explained the cause of the problem clearly with the aid of a hand-drawn sketch and provided advice and guidance having diagnosed the problem. It was clear that I was dealing with an expert in his field. I only found out after the consultation how much of an expert! I have no hesitation in recommending him to others in my situation.
