My Mother was understandably nervous about the procedure on both eyes but Mr Goel gave such confidence and reasurrance that the whole experience was good. She has returned to her reading and piano playing with renewed spirit and enthusiasm.

Professional at all times but friendly putting you at ease. My left eye op was more complex than expected, so during the op an additional stage was required this was explained during the op and post. My eye was displaying instability due to trauma experienced at some point leading to damage of the zonales. An additional complication was the pressures building up in my eye. At all times Mr Goel was calm and instructive to me and his team. Resulting in perfect sight with my new EDOP lens. The right eye was straight forward. It was anticipated that there may be the same complications with my right eye, but no instability. I was asked to box breathe, (2 in 2 out, calmly and evenly), to mitigate the pressures, which worked perfectly. I have had very little discomfort since either op. Follow up was efficient and personal.

Following cataract surgery to both of my eyes, my vision now is great! My surgery was complicated due to past laser treatment done elsewhere which was only effective for a year. On top of that, I developed astigmatism and cataracts so my vision was very poor. Mr Goel went to great lengths in the pre assessment explaining in detail the best way forward, performing multiple tests for his calculations to ensure he could get the best vision possible for me and my lifestyle. This was all done in a friendly approachable manner which really helped to put me at my ease. My surgery went smoothly without any discomfort at all. My outcome is exactly as he explained it would be.. excellent clear distance vision but I need glasses for near sight. Even my astigmatism has gone! My care throughout was excellent, I cannot recommend Mr Goel highly enough for his individualised approach and expertise.

Excellent care received, I have needed to wear glasses for years and no longer require them, amazing outcome.

I cannot speak highly enough about Mr Goel and his team. From my initial consultation with Mr Goel and his friendly optician, Aftab, I was treated with respect and patience. The procedure was explained in detail, enabling me to make an informed decision to go ahead. On the day of my first operation I was extremely anxious but Mr Goel and nurses Jo and Jan totally reassured me with their relaxed and professional manner. Mr Goel is extremely knowledgeable and approachable with a professional but friendly manner. The procedure itself was totally painless and took about 20 minutes. Now, after years of wearing glasses or struggling with contact lenses, I have excellent vision. I recommend Mr Goel and his fantastic team without any hesitation

Mr Goel was very pleasant and charming. He reassured me of my concerns and I left feeling positive about the procedure. Mr Goel did a marvellous job of both eye operations and I would recommend him to anyone who wanted to go through the same procedures.

I found Mr Goel took his time to explain all the options available for myself and explained the procedure. He made me feel relaxed and not as nervous and his bedside manner made me feel very at ease. He had a friendly and professional approach and manner and would highly recommend! I felt that I received individual personalised care from Mr Goel and his relaxed persona made me feel at ease from initial consultation
