Simple and quick process

Takes a while to register with reception staff. Slow computer systems. Made further appointment but when home received call to say I had been given appointment with incorrect consultant had to reschedule

My experience of the Wilmslow Hospital before, during and after my ear surgery has been excellent. The information I received about my pre-operative assessment and what to expect on the day of surgery was extremely useful and helped me to feel at ease. On the day of my operation, everything ran smoothly and efficiently. All the people involved in my care were friendly and attentive and they couldn't have done more to ensure I was well looked after. The facilities and cleanliness were exceptional and I was made to feel very comfortable during the time I was there. I would definitely recommend this hospital to others.

Whenever I have attended for my appointments I have always been seen on time and the staff are always helpful and friendly

My appointment time was brought forward by 25 minutes, however I still had to wait over 30 minutes. My consultant did apologise for the wait, and my appointment was not rushed or cut short as a result of the delay, which I was happy with.

The service and help given to me was wonderful

The staff there are always extremely courteous and polite, nothing is too much bother for them, they always check in on the patients in the waiting room and the hospital it's self is very clean and well presented - Carol Chaloner
