Karen cared for us throughout our pregnancy and safely delivered our little boy in June this year. I always felt very confident in Karen’s care. Karen has a warm, friendly manner and always made me feel very comfortable at every visit. She listened to my concerns and was very informative which I really valued. I chose to have an elective c section and was overall very happy with my birthing experience. My recovery was fairly easy with minimal pain, feeling almost normal by the time we returned home with our little boy. My scar is also very neat and healing very well, which I’m very happy about. I have no hesitations in highly recommending Karen. If we choose to grow our family, we will be visiting her again. Many thanks Karen!

Deeply iconic therapist with excellent taste in clients and advanced clinical psychology and somatic psychotherapy practice skills. Therapist also has excellent fashion sense and dresses within her colour season which obviously isn’t a requirement of a therapist but absolutely enhances the pre-existing feeling of being able to trust her and feel safe in her presence. She has pretty profound levels of patience, and prioritises a strong therapeutic relationship and nourishing repair when it’s needed. She is also neurodivergent and Queer friendly.

The Eyeclinic in Albury Wodonga, is a professional clinic, where the staff personally care about your needs and are backed by a supportive network of professionals. Even though my daughter does not like some tests, the staff are so kind and supportive. Dr Heinecke, pediatriatic opthalmaloglist is one of best in Australia, an expert in his field and geuinely supports his patients, often going above and beyond, I cant recommend this clinic highly enough. We are so grateful to have the calibre of Dr Heinicke in our region.

The room you go to before the theatre is freezing, we were told not to change too early due to the coldness, even offering us blankets while fully dress. I had 4 blankets on me once I changed into a gown. It was much colder this time then last.I also found it odd that they only allocated so many beds for the Catarat patients many having to sit in chairs until another patient has had there surgery and put in a chair for a bed a rotation shift of 3 or 4 beds. Staff were very helpful.

Eight days in ICU was difficult. Nurses were outstanding in the care they gave and empathy they displayed. The transition from peritoneal dialysis to temporary haemodialysis was difficult. I am sorry I failed to recognise Dr Bayfield when he visited me in the ward, he was with a group of other medical staff and did not remind me who he was. I was not given any feedback on how the surgery went and what caused the serious bleeding in recovery that required blood transfusion.

My experience at NEC was great. The front desk staff were efficient and welcoming. The nurses were very kind and helpful. I had my period that day and was a bit embarrassed and not sure what to do, the nurses were so lovely and discrete with me it put my mind at ease as I was worrying about it all morning. What I saw of the staff they work seamlessly together. There were also students on ward that day and they were guided very gently and with care by the nurses.
