I have reprinted the email I had sent to Professor Davis as it describes the feelings I have post operation. I could not have wished for better care pre and post op and have no hesitation in highly recommending that a chat to him, if neurosurgery is required, would be beneficial. There is a wonderful sense of calm surroung both Professor Davis and his receptionist Katrina to put one at ease. Dear Gavin, (If I may call you that) I wish to express my thanks for your care and attention before, during and after my "Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion" operation. The difference made to my daily life has been outstanding and I now find myself able to achieve and feel things that I have not felt for many months. I must also mention your delightful receptionist (unfortunately, I do not know her name) as she gently guided us through what could have been a very stressful time.

Gavin was excellent, he was clear on what to expect from the operation, fast at booking the operation and completing it without any side complications. His after care service was fantastic. The overall costs were surprisingly minimal. Thanks so much for enabling me to walk properly again without any back and leg pain.
