Appreciate the welcome and assistance by Gay (?) and others at reception. I have utmost respect for Craig Donohue’s knowledge and skill, which is why I have trusted him to replace both knees and a hip as well as provide advice on arthritis issues.
I was quite frustrated as the surgeon didn’t take my problems seriously and he didn’t offer any different strategies to use to help the situation
Friendly, supportive and efficient. Very helpful with advice & info whenever I rang to confirm or clarify details regarding pending surgery.
