Excellent clean and well lit premises, safe space, professional conversations from administration staff to clients over the phone, during conflicting time pressures. Happy and constructive conversations with people exiting the surgeon’s consulting room.
Recently visited for a post-op appointment following revision of a total knee replacement.
I had a knee replacement and was initially shocked at the resultant trauma I felt. The recovery was also very slow, however I believe that was mostly as a result of a prior condition in that leg. I could not be happier with the level of care and service Theepan provided, and also his staff.

Appreciate the welcome and assistance by Gay (?) and others at reception. I have utmost respect for Craig Donohue’s knowledge and skill, which is why I have trusted him to replace both knees and a hip as well as provide advice on arthritis issues.
I was quite frustrated as the surgeon didn’t take my problems seriously and he didn’t offer any different strategies to use to help the situation
