I found Dr Lowes to be very caring and empathetic towards me. She took plenty of time to explain my condition and treatment options. She was patient in listening to me and answering my questions. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing a gynecologist.
Professional and thorough. Not rushed at all. Felt heard.
I was very anxious out it but we talked and I felt a lot better after. I feel like I’m in very good hands.
Very good Gynaecologist, I was very happy with her care, she was very professional.
This was a yearly follow up visit (2 years post stage iv endometriosis excision and Mirena implant), where I checked in with how I have been doing. I had an examination and we discussed the scenarios I may experience in the coming months/year with where I am in my treatment plan. We also discussed how I can proceed in each scenario. I feel well informed and had all my questions answered thoroughly.
After seeing several gynaecologists over the years, Dr. Basia Lowes is the only one I truly trust. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, caring, and truly professional. Her explanations are always very clear, and I finally feel safe and in control of my situation. I highly recommend Dr. Basia Lowes.
Dr. Lowes was very informative with her explanations. I felt like she truly heard me when I talked about my symptoms and had possible explanations when numerous other specialists were at a loss. She presented numerous options for treatment ranging from diet support, physio, hypnotherapy, medications, and surgery. I didn’t feel like she pressured me at all. I appreciate that she gave me two weeks to think about what we discussed and will meet again for me to ask follow up questions. I came out of the appointment feeling empowered.
Dr Lowes was on time, clear and concise and quickly covered my concerns in her office and before and after the procedure
Great doctor and skilled Gynaecologist.
