The overall experience was very good. Pre operation I received good responses to questions and the timeliness to surgery was very good. Post operation when I had a recovery concern I spoke to reception and the provided a details on email late on Friday. Dr Henry then rang on Saturday morning allaying my concerns. The operation has been a success !
I have had haemorrhoids for years, been afraid of post operative pain until bled a lot recently. Dr Cheung was recommended by other doctors from different clinics. Dr Cheung is very nice and patient, he explained all the options of treatment in details and chose the most suitable one for me which is the new ligation technology. The operation was done perfectly with no pain at all after it. I didn’t take any pain killer which I expected at least for a few days. I’m super super happy, the recovery was fast and I went back to work in the third day without discomfort. Highly recommend Dr Cheung if you want to have you haemorrhoids treated. The whole team including the receptionist and assistances and anaesthesis are very professional and friendly.
Dr Cheung performed my Gall Bladder removal. This was a complicated procedure due to previous surgeries. Dr Cheung is a very professional and thorough surgeon. His care before and after my surgery was exemplary. I valued his communication and compassion for my situation. Nothing was a problem he was happy to listen and discuss my concerns. I really appreciate everything he did for me. I would highly recommend Dr Cheung for any surgery.
Dr Cheung is very professional. He explained the different stages of the procedure and recovery. He explained the procedure with photos. I can’t wish for a better surgeon. His clinic and staff are very efficient and professional I am very grateful that I meet Dr Cheung in my time of need.
