The experience was good, but needed more to eat than two biscuits
One staff had no eye contact with client while speaking!
All of the reception staff who handled my mother’s case were exceptionally kind and helpful, especially Sarah. The nurse, Defenny (I’m not sure if I spelled the name correctly), was also very caring and thoughtful. Dr Lim and the anesthetist were both excellent. My mother said she felt no pain at all during the procedure, and the doctor’s skills are outstanding. She also wanted to thank the approximately six staff members who took care of her during the surgery today. We truly love this clinic and really appreciate the wonderful care provided.

I think the front staff and the nurses were friendly, making me less nervous as it was my first time having this procedure. The experience was smooth. The instructions were clear and easy to follow.
