Dr. Foo was a godsend during my egg retrieval process. After my previous doctor resigned unexpectedly mid-treatment, I consulted another doctor who alarmed me about the condition of my eggs. So, when I met Dr. Foo, I was fraught with emotions. Thankfully, Dr. Foo noticed my distress right away. She took the time to comfort me, talk me through the process, and ensure that I felt secure and unafraid. At that point, we were facing a high likelihood of having to cancel and restart my treatment. Under Dr. Foo's compassionate care, however, I went from the brink of termination to successfully continuing my treatment and retrieving 11 eggs—last year, I had only managed to retrieve 7. This outcome was a huge surprise and a profound relief. I am immensely grateful to Dr. Foo and Dr. Coates for achieving a result beyond what I could have even imagined.

I am pleased with the results under Mr Rathod’s care. My first meeting with him in November 2023 was very optimistic. He gave me a plan which was completed in just 4 months.
