Mr Jones is always very approachable, will take the time to explain a procedure, potential risks and the outcome expected. I always feel I can ask what I may think is a silly question only to hear Mr Jones say there is no silly question and he will provide an answer or discuss the scenarios. I feel I am in good hands and trust Mr Jones with his knowledge and experience.

My husband and I came to the lister clinic for a fit for fertility test, nerve-racking to say the least. We met with Dr Benjamin Jones for our consultation to discuss the results of our tests. He is incredible.At no point did we feel rushed or that we couldn't ask hundreds of questions and he took the time to educate us both on topics we didn't have knowledge on. He advised, he helped us plan and feel so confident about our future fertility. Genuinely, We are so grateful to have had an appointment with him. Talking about fertility, PCOS or anything of this nature is such a vunerable thing to do and we truly discussed everything with a true professional.

I cannot speak highly enough of Mr Benjamin Jones, Consultant Gynaecologist at West Middlesex hospital. I was naturally apprehensive when I arrived for my appointment. However, Mr Jones very quickly put me ftotally at ease. He has just the most wonderful manner. He explained everything fully and was friendly and professional. should you ever need a Gynacologist I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this consultant wholeheartedly.

Very nice and informative and put my mind at ease

I did a cycle of egg freezing with Ben and he explained everything so clearly. He gave me individualised projections of success and really listened to what I wanted. We totally exceeded those expectations and I got way more eggs than i thought so I am delighted! I’m planning on doing another cycle soon!
