Mr Benjamin Jones

We were referred to MR Benjamin Jones for a Hysteroscopy and Polyp removal as part of ongoing IVF treatment, he was truly a breath of fresh air during an incredible stressful time in our lives, he was kind and compassionate and always available to take our calls and questions.

Ben oversaw my treatment over the course of several months and I'm so pleased he did. He instantly put me at ease with his friendly, empathetic and approachable manner. He was always clear in his explanations and I understood the treatment plan he recommended, but I also felt very comfortable asking further questions if I needed to. I felt in safe hands with Ben and would thoroughly recommend him.

After previous IVF failures abroad, we had a consultation with Ben. He put us at ease from the start and was open about the different approaches we can take to get the outcome we want. His bedside manners were second to none, and he always listened to our opinions too. He would answer questions with evidence based data so we knew he’s working to the highest standards. After many years of infertility, we are expecting our first child. We appreciate everything he has done for us.

After experiencing a couple of heart-breaking losses and knowing time wasn’t on my side, I decided to go for IVF. Choosing the right specialist felt quite overwhelming at first, until I found Dr Ben Jones. His outstanding education and involvement in groundbreaking projects immediately impressed me, but what really set him apart was his warmth, kindness, and approachable nature from the very first conversation. From our initial conversation, my partner and I felt completely reassured that Dr Jones was the one for us. He made what could have been a stressful journey feel calm and positive. Whenever we needed advice, reassurance, or simply a spark of optimism, he was there for us, always responsive and always supportive. Thanks to Dr Jones, our IVF experience was not just successful but genuinely stress free. I cannot recommend him highly enough, and I know I’ll miss his guidance and encouragement for the rest of my pregnancy.

Dr Ben goes above and beyond for his patients. After reading many reviews for the consultants at the Lister, I knew we’d be in great hands with whoever we picked, but it was the patient reviews that encouraged us to book our first IVF consultation with Ben. From our first appointment, it was clear how passionate he was about his job and about each individual patient he has. He has checked in on us every step of the way, from wishing us good luck when it was time to take that first pregnancy test, to checking in at each scan appointment (even when he was on holiday!) We couldn’t have asked for a better consultant and overall fertility team, it’s all made this process so much easier and we are so very grateful for Ben and the teams’ dedicated care.

Dr Ben Jones is an excellent and highly professional consultant gynaecologist. His extensive knowledge, clear communication, and commitment to patient care made me feel comfortable and confident throughout my consultations. He consistently demonstrated empathy and kindness, and I greatly appreciated his professional yet approachable manner. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Ben and the Lister team were amazing in every single way. We started our IVF journey at another large London clinic on Harley Street and did not have a great experience. After that we changed clinics to the Lister hospital and Dr Bens care and wished we had done it sooner. Dr Ben listened to our wishes and concerns, and took them into consideration, whilst always focusing on the best outcome for us. He is extremely knowledgeable and we trusted him and his expertise completely. One thing that also made a huge difference to our patient experience was that Dr Ben was always available for any questions and would answer them himself and almost always immediately or within a few hours, depending on his time. At the clinic we were before, we never saw the same consultant, the plan of care felt very much like a standard protocol rather than tailored to the patient and answers to questions where hard to come by outside of appointments. Our son Alexander was born healthy at the end of 2025 and we could not be more grateful to Dr Ben and the whole Lister Team!

We were impressed at the professionalism and general level of care provided by Ben during the IVF process. We are very happy with the outcome, making our dream come true! We are pregnant now thanks to Ben and all the team!

I remember feeling nervous sat in the waiting room for our first consultation to discuss our fertility plans and as soon as we met Ben I instantly felt at ease. He has a very reassuring and positive approach and it is clear that he has a genuine care for his patients. I have a condition called MRKH and Ben’s knowledge and experience with my condition is invaluable to someone like myself. He has given myself and my partner so much hope for our future! Throughout our treatment, we always felt that we could approach Ben with ease if we had any questions or concerns and he would respond promptly. I once sent him a question on a Sunday evening and he had responded to me within half an hour! The results from both of our embryo freezing rounds have exceeded our expectations and we feel that these results were mainly due to being so well informed and our treatment at the Lister Fertility Clinic being exceptional. We are so thankful that Ben was our Consultant throughout our two rounds of embryo freezing.
