Mr von Ark was very good at explaining the pros and cons of having surgery, and at no time did I feel pressurised into having surgery.

I found Mr N Patel to be very informative, who explained every step of my assessment and ultimately my spinal operation, throughout my time with him. He was very approachable, who when I had any questions or concerns, was very professional in his responses, as such to be able to reassure me or put mind mind at ease. Compared to other Surgeons who I have had experiences with, I also found him to be be very down to earth, which made my whole experience far easier to deal with, as it was like dealing with a individual who had known me for some time.

She was wonderful patient understanding treated me with dignity and answered all my questions, no matter how stupid or silly, I thought that they were. Also, her knowledge was exceptional.

I have been seeing Matt for a number of years. No major issues but as I get older and still try to stay very active I find that a regular sports massage and dry needling helps to reduce the muscle stress and strains, keeps me moving well without pain and helps improve my flexibility and range of movement. Matt is also a “top bloke” genuinely interested in the health and wellbeing of his clients and always makes you feel at ease

I went to Taylor with a painful elbow and the sessions were really helpful, she explained what she was doing and took time to show me how to do exercises at home and practiced them in the session. My painful elbow has now gone and know who to go to if I have any other pains

After slipping a disc last year Emily has helped me get back on my feet with a combination of a bespoke stretching/exercise programme and hands-on treatment. I'm hugely thankful for her support and wise advice over the past months.

At the initial consultation everything was explained clearly and I was given the various options open to me. I selected that which I hoped would give me the most positive result. The surgery went very well and I had absolute belief that I was in safe hands. Mr Morris explained exactly what would happened and gave me a clear and honest explanation of how I would feel post surgery. This was very accurate and prepared me well for the first couple of weeks post op. Post surgery I requested an additional consultation and the appointment was offered quickly and my questions were again answered clearly. I am very pleased with the service provided.
