Excellent doctor . Put our minds to rest

Dr Jacobs is very welcoming and reassuring. He spoke to my daughter to understand things from her perspective and made her feel very involved in her consultation. He is amazing with children and was very thorough. He was keen to find out how my daughter was doing the next day and called to see how she got on at school. Dr Benjamin was also the same with my son in previous appointments and his care and concern for his patients really does comes across.

Dr Abrahamson is a remarkable paediatric consultant who truly goes above and beyond in providing exceptional care. From the moment we walked into Cromwell his warm demeanour put my child at ease, instantly building trust. He is knowledgeable, incredibly empathetic and intensely observant. The blood results confirmed his diagnosis and he made himself available to explain and to address all of our concerns. I cannot thank him enough, he is by far the best paediatric consultant that I have ever met. He genuinely cares and cannot bare to see a child suffer. We will not be seeing anyone else other than Dr Ed.

Warm, friendly and professional. I appreciated his thorough note-taking and attentive approach to us and our child, which made us feel truly heard. He took his time for reflection, which combined with his demeanour, helped us feel overwhelmingly reassured by his clinical judgement. I am also thankful that he took the time to explain things well, helping us understand what might be causing our baby's symptoms.

We consulted Dr.Bhakshi to assist our son with his allergies and see if treatments outside what is offered via NHS was available. Dr.Bhakshi went through the history of our son's allergies without rushing anything, performed all the tests required and after carefully reviewing all the details and explaining everything to us, suggested the specialist therapies that are most suitable for our son's conditions. Our son was very well looked after under Dr.Bhakshi's care.

She listened! She heard all of the symptoms without referring back to original diagnosis. When you are a parent you know your child and she respected that.

Found Dr Devereux very friendly, efficient and understanding. Didn't feel rushed and was very thorough.
