We had selected to meet with Dr Vijayakumar because of her ratings and also Childhealthy is affiliated at The Portland Hospital. It was an awkward surprise when Dr Vijayakumar suddenly handed us her phone at the end of our appointment to ask us to enter our ratings for her Doctify review right then and there. What would you do? There were also several significant mistakes on the handling AND the actual test results that required us to spend extensive time chasing for 10+ weeks (despite billing for costs upfront). We felt very disappointed by the experience and weary that both the doctor and Childhealthy did not provide much patient care or insights into what affected our child.
