About Childhealthy
Childhealthy is a group of Private Paediatric Clinics based in London. The team's mission is to provide you and your child with high-quality, easily accessible private paediatric healthcare. The three private locations are found in:
- Chelsea and Westminster Hospital
- The Cromwell Hospital
- The Portland Hospital
Childhealthy prides themselves in being able to provide a straightforward, comfortable and stress-free experience that is not often difficult when visiting hospitals with children.
Clinic appointments are available daily with some same-day appointments also available, including on weekends. Additionally, Childhealthy offers telephone, video and home consultations so rest assured that the team will always be able to fit you and your child in.
A full range of child health services are offered at the Childhealthy clinics, including consultations, screenings, treatments, prescriptions and even parent training. Current available paediatric services include: antenatal meeting, well baby check, 6-8 week examination, vaccination advice and paediatric blood tests. The team is well equipped to manage general health concerns alongside common paediatric conditions across various medical specialties.
All paediatric care provided to new-borns through to teenagers is personalised for each child to suit you and your child's needs. The team is led by Founder and leading Paediatrician Dr Yiannis Ioannou and consists of paediatricians, dieticians and physiotherapists who are committed to accommodating all parent and child concerns.
All staff are registered with the appropriate professional bodies and provide safe care to an excellent standard.

I would highly recommend Childhealthy. On every occasion I have had a positive experience from being provided with practical advice to obtaining remote prescriptions -which is so helpful as a busy working parent.

Great experience with Childhealthy easy to use, friendly and helpful office with very knowledgeable clinicians

Childhealthy has good points and areas of improvement. I really liked the physican we saw (Dr. Vijayakumar) but I did not like the following: 1. Unclear instructions of location of clinic at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. The hospital reception told us the wrong location and we had to search and ask around. The Childhealthy's office number was not contactable and just went into voicemail when we tried to ring to inquire where would the appointment location was. 2. Any confidential information about my son I needed to share with the doctor had to be emailed to the Childhealthy's main office reception/info email address instead of via a secure platform. I didn't feel comfortable with this process. It would be better that any information or correspondence between doctor and patient be provided via a secure platform. 3. Decreased clarity on the post-visit process. I had to contact the Childhealthy's office several times to inquire about next steps versus them proactively providing this so the patient could know what to expect and when.

Dr. Yiannis is a wonderful paediatrician. We have been taking our daughter since she was quite young. He is always patient and has a wonderful calming influence on first time parents! Would highly recommend him to anyone.
