Dr Walton D'Costa is a highly experienced consultant neonatologist and paediatrician with over 25 years of experience. He gained his medical degree from Goa University in 1995 and has trained at some of the UK's most prestigious hospitals, including St George's Hospital, King's College Hospital, and Evelina Children's Hospital, London.
Walton is based at Childhealthy and Chelsea & Westminster Hospital, where he specialises in infant growth and development.
In addition to his wealth of experience, Walton is also a UNICEF-trained breast-feeding specialist and uses Bayley scales for tracking infant neurodevelopment.
As Walton himself says, "There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a smiling child and a thankful parent leaving the neonatal unit or outpatient clinic."
He speaks both Hindi and English.

Doctor D’Costa has been recommended by the Matreon few days after I gave birth to a beautiful little girl who had jaundice and needed care for more than a week. I felt reassured to be put into the hands of a trustworthy private doctor. We not only appreciate his judgement and care that are always balanced but also the time he grants to his patients and their family (I couldn’t be more thankful for his patience and understanding with the anxious mom of 2 I can be sometimes!) Exactly the doctor I was looking for for a while.
