Dr Martin Gray is a Consultant Paediatrician and Paediatric Intensivist, and Co-founder and Medical Director of Bright Futures Health. He holds practising privileges at The Cromwell Hospital, Wimpole Street Consulting Rooms, and HCA Chiswick Outpatients, all based in Central London.
He has a wealth of experience in paediatrics and the critical care of children, particularly cases involving cancer or neurological conditions requiring intensive care, and in providing excellent care for critically ill babies and children.
Dr Gray has gained invaluable experience at several highly prestigious units worldwide, including the Toronto Hospital for Sick Children, McMaster University, Great Ormond Street Hospital, and the Children's Hospital in Sydney. He was appointed as a Consultant in 2005. He has held senior posts at McMaster University, St George's Hospital, Chelsea & Westminster Hospital, The Royal Brompton Hospital, The Harley Street Clinic, and The Portland Hospital. At St George's, he was Clinical Lead for Paediatric Critical Care and Chief Clinical Information Officer. At Chelsea & Westminster, he was Associate Medical Director, Divisional Clinical Information Officer for Emergency and Integrated Care and for Women and Children, and Clinical Lead for the Paediatric High Dependency Unit. He was Clinical Governance Lead at The Harley Street Clinic. He is a Fellow of the Faculty of Clinical Informatics.
He is a co-founder of Bright Futures Health, a preventative paediatrics service that connects families with paediatricians who use screening and surveillance to anticipate problems, rather than reacting with treatment after they arise.
Dr Gray offers clinics in general paediatrics, including well-child checks following the American Academy of Pediatrics' Bright Futures guidelines.
