Childhealthy has good points and areas of improvement. I really liked the physican we saw (Dr. Vijayakumar) but I did not like the following: 1. Unclear instructions of location of clinic at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. The hospital reception told us the wrong location and we had to search and ask around. The Childhealthy's office number was not contactable and just went into voicemail when we tried to ring to inquire where would the appointment location was. 2. Any confidential information about my son I needed to share with the doctor had to be emailed to the Childhealthy's main office reception/info email address instead of via a secure platform. I didn't feel comfortable with this process. It would be better that any information or correspondence between doctor and patient be provided via a secure platform. 3. Decreased clarity on the post-visit process. I had to contact the Childhealthy's office several times to inquire about next steps versus them proactively providing this so the patient could know what to expect and when.

Cannot say enough good things about Dr Yiannis and the Childhealthy team. I have three children who have grown up under his medical care and he is always our first port of call. We all trust his guidance and advice and really appreciate his warmth, kindness and care.

Nothing but a caring, warm, friendly and professional experience from the start. The specialists, nurses, secretaries and consultants are extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and kind. Our son’s Paediatrician is amazing, explains everything thoroughly and with the upmost care, I truly cannot thank them enough.

I got a lovely aura from dr Kayal and she helped me so much and I felt someone understood me and found a solution for my issues as many other doctors I had been to had not. Overall it was the best consultation I have had in my whole life(no joke). -krisha 💗💗💗 Thank you sooooooooooooooooo much

Excellent service all round!

I am so grateful to have found this practice, being a first time mother who is rather anxious I felt like the team are very reassuring and professional. The team are are really responsive and always deliver exceptional service. I have seen more than one clinician and I have found them to be very attentive, understanding and always keep me at ease. I do recommend this clinic as they offer many services but also provide guidance for other specialists with their referral contacts. Great clinic!

Fantastic experience, really friendly service and caring dcotor

Cannot flaw this clinic from start to finish the journey was so smooth. The administration team were extremely responsive, informative and provided me with so many options, really took time to understand my needs and very empathetic towards my concerns for my child. I felt like I was listened to and really understood and felt like a person and not just like an appointment. My consultation was perfect, Dr Yiannis was very kind, knowledgeable and my baby was really comfortable with him. He recommended some blood tests and a follow up call and within moments of leaving his office his team emailed me with options for a follow up which was very fast and efficient service. I was really impressed at how caring the service is all way around and if you have a child do reach out. 5 stars is not enough. Thank you for the reassurance and kindness.
