Mr Berber is a very approachable surgeon, and he explained the details of a carpal tunnel release surgery very clearly. The members of his surgical team were equally friendly and I felt at ease and confident in their hands. The preparation and surgery were carried out with a similar sense of unhurried precision. I had a brilliant appointment with Nur, the podiatrist, who did an incredibly thorough evaluation of my feet. I had been having various issues, including ankle problems and sesamoiditis. Nur was well informed and was able to assess the cause of my problems and offer helpful solutions, including casting me for orthotics. She was warm, friendly and very knowledgeable.

A very efficient establishment, run like a clock

Overall care and communication were professional, circumspect and timely contributing to a reassuring experience.
