My 1-1’s have been structured and very beneficial to reinforce my use of skills but to also to know I have such consistent support. facilities at liberty house fell well short of those promised. 1 to 1 counselling sessions no where near what offered. My steps 1 and 2 were very rushed with step 1 done day before I left and step 2 on the morning of my departure

I came to CATCH after struggling with addiction problems for many years. The 28 day rehab programme was truly life-changing. The compassionate therapists and supportive community provided the caring environment I needed to face my addiction head-on and develop healthier coping skills. I'm more than six months clean and sober now and things are getting better all the time.
