Over all very good. Staff extremly good.Just a little miss mangment,no therapist on the weekend even though it was flaged on the wednesday Some of phone rules to strinjent, one of resadents grandads 80 th birthday and his phone was not given to him to simply say happy bithday which for him was very upseting For myself i had an issue with not being able to eat food all at one sitting which i made both mangment and staff know on a thursday.I had to stop eating and taking medication. Manager went home for weekend without bothering to speak to me about it !!! Very disapointed and unprofessnol

Overall very satisfied, a little hick up with the administration of my antibiotics that I had to obtain whilst in LH, in that I had to keep asking for them and NOT asume they had bedn included with all the others! Was also recalled from my room after my 9.30 meds when they realised they had missed one!

The team at liberty house have done a great job. I Feel like i have the tools now for a fighting chance of staying sober. I do think that the board could give more funding but thats not the staffs fault.

I have benefitted from my group sessions and outside therapy but have been disappointed in my personal therapy sessions. Feltnig was oversold and did not meet my expectations

Very mixed experience. Therapists was awful in my opinon. There atttitude was poor the way they spoke to me and other clients ws extremley unproffessional especially in the prsence of other clients. I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected during parts of interaction. Would like to highlibht a couple support workers was good and helpfull and the chef was brilliant.
