Food was good, clients and staff supportive but needs more therapists and organisation regarding the time line of progress, steps, AA discussion/theory and relapse prevention.

Staff and treatment was great. But would recomend more therapists as when i was here there was only 2 for 16 ppl. But would recomend them

staff are brilliant really good food from the chef who is amazing to talk to as well. therapists are really good if you really want to get clean and sober. rooms were good bedding washed and changed regularly enjoyed the sound therapy, breathing exercises and yoga. something I will carry on on the outside.

there are a lot of things that i want to say on here about my experience at ukat luton i felt gas lit..about my health issues and the selling was a part of that admissions team...every detox place was connected to ukat....apart from a few staff and the dr there was no nursing staff at the base here, there was no medical staff apart from the dr, who had to take calls from me at night. There was a lack of counselling and the staff had to try and help. I came here and thought meds were on site, i was told that to bring them in not that i may use them up. i was told there was an on suite it was a sink, i was originally told that there was a gym and that there were other amenities . im sorry it was sold to me as something different. i will endeavour to write more when i leave
