First time I’ve been to HCA I was nervous but everything went so smoothly whole staff was very helpful. My Dr Iaisha Ali she was the best doctor I have meet in my entire life.

I have learnt so much and have noticed that using these skills this has improved my day to day life. My 1-1’s have been structured and very beneficial to reinforce my use of skills but to also to know I have such consistent support. Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.

It was a great experience overall. From my initial email to Bloomfield Health about my situation, all the way to the process of getting to my first appointment. I sadly had to re-arrange my appointment a couple of times due to train strikes and other issues. However the medical secretary Missy and practice manager Fernando have been a great help and are very prompt at responding to any issues or queries I had.

I can’t recommend PBH highly enough. I’ve been going for years and can always rely on my therapist’s compassion, understanding and counsel. I’m in an all together different and happier place through the work I’ve done with PBH. Priory's organisation seemed to be very good. The initial screening call seemed abrupt at the time and very clinical, but the staff member seemed knowledgeable and matched me with a great clinician. I had Kira as my clinician - from the very first session she created a very safe, welcoming space, explained very clearly the path forward we would take and maintained very clear communication throughout all my sessions. I had never tried or even heard of EMDR and she explained it in a way that was very easy to understand and also the reason behind each of the steps and actions. She was very kind, knowledgeable and I felt that the priority was my health above all.
