Needed a prescription and no-one available to speak out of 3 medical secretaries, 2pharmacist & 1 assistant Still not spoken to anyone & no service - frustrating

The Hospital was easy to find, the staff were friendly and helpful and it was a nice, clean space.

Fantastic service overall with amazing Dr . Very responsive in booking and appointment, well informed, Dr is compassionate and caring , providing reassurance and guidance at times of need. So happy there is a clinic available with an amazing set up of various specialists in one place working together using multidisciplinary approaches.

First time I’ve been to HCA I was nervous but everything went so smoothly whole staff was very helpful. My Dr Iaisha Ali she was the best doctor I have meet in my entire life.

On time, professional and attentive staff. Pleasant experience and the family got a lot out of the visit.

I have been very fortunate to be part of the most wonderful, interesting and diverse group with excellent therapists. I have learnt so much and have noticed that using these skills this has improved my day to day life. My 1-1’s have been structured and very beneficial to reinforce my use of skills but to also to know I have such consistent support. The therapists are so committed and genuinely care, the passion in what they do shines through and therefore the quality of care is amazing. Thank you.
