No issues with operation all went well was in at 7am left at 1pm. 2 weeks later returned and had plastic removed from both nostrils and felt fantastic. Never had so much enter my nose in one go. He was very kind and polite and spoke directly to my daughter who was having the procedure and asked her questions and wanted to know if she had any questions for him. He certainly made her feel part of everything happening and making it all feel calm from consultation, to surgery day and follow ups after. We liked how he was direct and found out answers to our questions promptly.

Dr Allam must be one of the most friendly and welcoming staff in the NHS, certainly the best bedside manner I’ve ever dealt with. He kept me informed and up to date before, during and after procedure and I felt very safe and comfortable being around him. My health issues seem better also. If only all NHS staff were like him!
