Excellent, communication has been prompt and clear from my first interaction, the whole team have been great.

I have only attended appointments online, so cannot comment on the facilities, but the service has been excellent. My Psychiatrist Dr Walsh and my therapist Emily Fletcher have been exceptional and I cannot praise them highly enough. Thank you to both of them for their support and encouragement.

I have been very fortunate to be part of the most wonderful, interesting and diverse group with excellent therapists. I have learnt so much and have noticed that using these skills this has improved my day to day life. My 1-1’s have been structured and very beneficial to reinforce my use of skills but to also to know I have such consistent support. The therapists are so committed and genuinely care, the passion in what they do shines through and therefore the quality of care is amazing. Thank you.

Very welcoming and seen on time

The care and support I have received here is amazing . I always feel listened to and treated with the utmost respect. All the staff are vey friendly and are always never too busy to be there to assist me with any of my needs . The ward has a wonderful ,homely atmosphere and I think of it with great fondness always as my safe place. I can honestly say that Highlands has literally saved my life and given me the confidence and tools to move forward with my life ,which at times is extremely challenging. Fantastic service overall with amazing Dr . Very responsive in booking and appointment, well informed, Dr is compassionate and caring , providing reassurance and guidance at times of need. So happy there is a clinic available with an amazing set up of various specialists in one place working together using multidisciplinary approaches.
