Brilliant. Learnt so much.

The care and support I have received here is amazing . I always feel listened to and treated with the utmost respect. All the staff are vey friendly and are always never too busy to be there to assist me with any of my needs . The ward has a wonderful ,homely atmosphere and I think of it with great fondness always as my safe place. I can honestly say that Highlands has literally saved my life and given me the confidence and tools to move forward with my life ,which at times is extremely challenging. The Priory North London has saved my life! I have so much gratitude to every councillor, consultant, therapist, doctor, nurse, every ward staff member, catering, maintenance, the cleaning staff and receptionist. It really helped me break away from my addiction. I could go online at my home which is where I use the most so I could start using what I learn straight away.

We have found their support and services fantastic for our child. Mental health remains a gentle red area as far as NHS is concerned and going to private healthcare yourself is a hit and miss. With Orchestrate Health you get a holistic service which covers all mental health requirements and they have some amazing professionals on their panel.

I was on the ATP programme at the Priory and have to say it probably saved my life. The course is hard work but exactly what is needed to get you on the path to sobriety. The therapy team are second to none, knowing exactly what buttons to push and how to get you to open up no matter how hard you try to resist. Considering how scared I was when I arrived at the Priory, the doctor, nursing staff and HCA’s were all fantastic at making me feel as comfortable as possible. I was also fortunate to have a fabulous peer group that I hope to keep in my life forever. There is nothing I can fault, even the food was good!

facilities at liberty house fell well short of those promised. 1 to 1 counselling sessions no where near what offered. My steps 1 and 2 were very rushed with step 1 done day before I left and step 2 on the morning of my departure
