We have found their support and services fantastic for our child. Mental health remains a gentle red area as far as NHS is concerned and going to private healthcare yourself is a hit and miss. With Orchestrate Health you get a holistic service which covers all mental health requirements and they have some amazing professionals on their panel.

My name's Graham, I am 45 and have recently been diagnosed with ADHD and Bipolar. I'd like to say thank you to Kariss, Dr Allam, and especially Nathan. I spoke to Kariss first, and she was the first person I'd ever spoken to in my life who gave me reassurance that they would do their utmost to help me get better. From that very first conversation, I felt exactly that. I was losing my business, my wife, and I hadn't spoken to my brother in 6 months either. I had my children (17/20/25) not wanting to leave me alone as they were scared for my well-being. Well, here I am today with everyone and everything still by my side. Obviously, this has been a fight for years. For the first time, I am realizing I still have everyone around me, and for the first time in my life, I feel I can now move forward and stop living in hurt from the past. They have given me full continued support if I need it. At the moment, I feel fine, but I still have my conditions, so I may need to lean on them from time to time. I am eternally grateful, and so are my amazing family and friends. I can honestly say I wouldn't have been here for much longer if it wasn't for what you've given me. The tools for life xx

I have a long history of misuse. I had been through so many treatments most of my life and had given up. I was in a very dark place and my family were in a constant state of distress. Then by chance through a friend, a family member met a senior surgeon. Through his concern, he so kindly told us he was hearing incredibly positive stories regarding Orchestrate Health and in particular, an individual by the name of Paul Flynn. I was defeatist in my approach about tet another treatment attempt but with my family’s support, I went. I was diagnosed bipolar by Dr Tim Rogers. My diagnosis was uniquely incredibly complex and Dr Roger’s was the Dr who finally had the knowledge and the skill to determine it. Paul Flynn, was helping case manage me throughout. Further to that, Paul was of vital support to my broader family and instrumental in setting up a support structure to help me get my self-esteem back and to face up to some challenges. My family and I now look to the future with positivity, hope and are so happy. We know this is down to Paul Flynn and Orchestrate and the truly amazing work they do.

I suffered heavily from post-partum depression after the birth of my second child. I engaged with treatment at several centres, as I desperately needed help and had reached a point of total despair. Thankfully, I was lucky enough that someone referred me to Dr Farrukh Alam at Orchestrate Health. Dr Alam’s understanding of the issues and his incredible way of working with me to deal with them was so effective and the way he partnered with me was wonderful. It is fair to say, I don’t know what would have happened if I hadn’t met Dr Alam but I do know, I will be forever grateful for everything he has done for me.

From first initial contact, throughout the entire process and even with the following aftercare post-treatment, I was overwhelmed by the whole attitude, environment, care and the individuals involved. Everything, about every aspect with Orchestrate, is of the highest calibre. I realise now, having unfortunately in my life been through several treatments at several centres for OCD and addiction (all of these centres highly regarded and professional and very good) that I’ve now however, finally found a place that encompasses what ‘total’ treatment is. I personally had the pleasure of dealing at first, with Paul Flynn. A uniquely honest and understanding individual, who’s approach is so warm, refreshingly genuine and ‘can-do’, you instantly feel you are finally going to make things happen from the start. I then was treated by Dr Farrukh Alam. I have never met anyone in this field so impressive, so focussed on helping, yet so sincere and caring, going the extra mile time and time again. I haven’t trusted anyone so much through any treatment process in my life. There are many excellent treatment centres out there and of course personal choices differ. All I can say is, even the best places I have been through always felt they had one or two ‘pieces of the jigsaw’ missing, despite their high quality. Orchestrate was the whole jigsaw. It felt nothing less than ‘complete’ and perfect throughout. I cannot thank Paul, Dr Alam and everyone at Orchestrate for everything they did for me and without any doubt or hesitation at all, recommend to anyone relevant to see them.
