Clean and well maintained facilities as an outpatient without feeling too ‘clinical’. Admin staff were very responsive arranging then changing follow-up tests (although using email over letters would be preferred). The staff were highly professional and friendly when carrying out diagnostics; I appreciated how different tests were in the same visit and without waiting in-between.

The nursing team that cared for me at The Beardwood on the day of procedure were very attentive and friendly. I felt nothing was too much trouble for them. The outpatient team who dealt with my suture removal were absolutely excellent. I had to visit on more than one occasion due to a concern. They fit me in on the same day and were gentle, understanding and caring. I would like to give a particular mention to Blessing who was just delightful.
