From our first meeting he made me feel that I was a person rather than just a patient, ensuring I understood all that he said & inviting questions. Dr Ghosh responded rapidly to the request from Dr Brian Clapp, for surgical treatment of my heart disease on Friday afternoon Dec 15th 2023. He arranged and conducted the operation the following day, Saturday morning 16th Dec 2023. He was calming, clear and exuded confidence. He reassured me of the importance of the procedure and put me at much at ease as possible before hand. He visited me daily following the operation to check on my recovery and contacted my wife as soon as I was out of the theatre. The operation appears to have been a success and I recently had my post operative check up with him. He is a charming gentleman and I consider myself fortunate to have such a gifted surgeon attending to me.
