From my very first consultation, Mr Roberts inspired complete confidence. Facing open-heart surgery at 29 was daunting, but he took the time to explain everything clearly, answer every question thoroughly and ensure I felt fully informed and reassured throughout the process. The care I received was exceptional. Mr Roberts was not only an outstanding surgeon, but also incredibly supportive and attentive, visiting me regularly in hospital and always making time to check on my progress and address any queries/concerns. His professionalism, expertise and genuine care made a difficult experience far easier to navigate. I am extremely grateful to Mr Roberts and his team. My surgery (aortic valve replacement) has been a success and I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone facing cardiac surgery. I could not have asked for better care.
This was a follow up visit with Mr Roberts following by-pass surgery, he reassured me that everything was progressing well, and that I had absolutely nothing to worry about. I left the clinic very happy that I had asked to see Mr Roberts to check on things for me, he put my mind at ease completely.
Very prompt reply to initial consultation request and subsequent email exchanges. Professional and courteous, with insight and awareness of specialised case.
Mr Neil Roberts went above and beyond to help and was very responsive and flexible in getting an appointment as quickly as possible, if I could give 6 stars I would!
Clear and concise explanation with a reassuring relaxed manner.
Neil showed immediate empathy with my concerns. He explaned, in terms which I could understand, the basic functions of my heart . Then he described the effects of the passage of time and their associated symptoms. Then he explained the remedies which can be applied to minimise these symptons most effectively with the least dicomfort to the patient. I left the consultation filled with confidence.
Mr Roberts was at all times calm and reassuring. I felt completely safe and confident in his hands. His explanations were very clear.
Fabulous CT Surgeon & Team! Highly recommend. Took fantastic care of me and visited every day of admission huge thank you!
A registrar from Barts Hospital recommended and referred us to see Mr Roberts after my husband was told that he needed a triple heart bypass. I can't thank that registrar enough. From the first day when we met Mr Roberts he was friendly yet professional and explained everything without scaring the life out of us. Whenever we needed reassurance or had questions he was there to help. He looked after my husband like a VIP. He came to see him every day after surgery and had the courtesy to call me to let me know how the surgery had gone. Even when my husband was discharged he was still reassuring our anxieties. We can't thank Mr Roberts enough for everything he's done.
