Moreover, he personally met my wife immediately after the surgery and ensured that she was well-informed about the successful outcome. Dr. Timms can truly be described as a lifesaver, an angel in human form. It's impossible to overstate just how skilled and proficient he is in his field. His expertise is unquestionable, and he consistently demonstrates a deep understanding of his work.

He was informative, clearly explained everything, answered all questions and used diagrams and sketches for explanations making sure my husband and I fully understood what he was saying. The new Mugga Wara Endoscopy Centre is really excellent enabling the provision of really safe endoscopy practice. But the expected Mugga Wara personal care was still there. I felt really well cared for by all the staff. My only concern was that the only sandwich option was on white bread! Otherwise the refreshments were excellent. Congratulations on creating an outstanding facility and service!

At first the lady on the desk was a bit aloof seemed unfriendly but as soon as she got everything ready she was warm and friendly. She was just opening the practice but we were told to be there early. The sonographer was very friendly and professional no problems at all. Overall a very good experience.
