Dr Cheng He was amazing! From my first consultation with him he has a wonderful bedside manner, explains everything to you and he put me at ease.straight away. I had a port-a-cath inserted due to my veins being used so many times in the last 5 years.plus I had a few PICC lines as well, but once I got the port-a-cath inserted it is a total game changer. As I do have secondary adrenal insufficiency along with a bleeding disorder of Von Willebrands I always need to have access to a vein promptly in these scenarios. Dr Cheng He did an amazing job, it works perfectly and cosmetically looking it is great! Minimal scarring and lies quite flat on my chest. Even with the follow up appointment I could not make it into his office on that day due to health reasons, he called me and we had a great telephone/telehealth call. I was so impressed that he called me as he knows my other chronic illnesses can impact me going anywhere. If you need a Cardiothoracic surgeon then Dr Cheng He is who you want to see!

I was scheduled for a BCC to be removed from under my left eye. It was during the procedure under general anaesetic that Dr Rannard discovered a further 3 BCC's hidden lower down. What was meant to be a simple procedure, turned into a very complex 4 hour surgery in which much reconstruction of skin was necessary together with a skin graft. Dr Rannard worked a miracle on my face and I have little scar tissue as a result. She is an incredible surgeon, with attention to detail. She is professional, and passionate in all aspect of her work. She is also a very kind person, always there to listen and give her time to her clients. Getting the best result is her goal aiming to achieve the best possible outcome. I could not recommend her highly enough and wish her every success. Thank you so much Dr Rannard

My last day was not pleasant. I have paid towards private insurance for many years and yet I was treated very poorly on my last day. The previous day I was worried about how I was to get home. My cousin was not able to pick me up early but a nurse said it would be ok I could take my time in leaving. BUT the next day that was not so. Two nurse rushed in grabbed my case and literally started throwing in my stuff while I stood there in amazement at what they where doing. Within minutes they had all my stuff in and lead me to another room. I admit I was not in a hurry to leave but this situation could have been handled a lot better.

I’ve been coming to see Dr Ahmed maruid at eve care for 8 years now and he has always been reassuring and attentive. His service has always been top notch. He took care of me during my pregnancy with my son who I birthed 8 years ago. My son’s pregnancy was a high risk one and he made it all run smooth. I had my daughters (twins) 6 years ago with him including the birth and everything ran smoothly. I’m currently 30 weeks pregnant and I’m also going through with him. Amazing service. Overall very good, but some suggested improvements: 1) the pre admission online survey for the anaesthetist had programming errors - the Next buttons didn't work unless 'Yes' was selected at least once on each page. 2) the SMS sent to my wife said I was ready to be collected from the pickup bay outside reception, however I had been told to wait in a room inside the hospital. I was disoriented and had no idea how to go to reception even if I wanted to, and she was expecting me to come out to her. Unnecessarily confusing.
