Dr Hunt provided a very supportive and professional environment … gave valuable information and advice with respect to the medical conditions on which his opinion was being sought … showed on the screen, and explained, complex scans of the lungs and heart … clearly indicated the next steps with respect to further tests and appointments required … and answered questions in simple non-medical jargon ! An excellent physician … who provided answers to questions that had been asked for several years … to which other specialists had failed to respond with correct or helpful answers ! Thankyou !

I required surgery for my right foot after a fall, having spent 5 days in the public hospital system awaiting surgery. Dr Nassar’s staff were extremely helpful and professional in providing information pre operatively to allow me to transfer to the private system for the procedure. The surgery went well and Dr Nassar provided clear instructions about post op care. There were follow up visits at 2 & 6 weeks post op. Dr Nassar also has a registered nurse working in his rooms, who assists with suture removal and wound care. The whole procedure went very smoothly, with Dr Nassar even visiting me late in hospital on the day of my surgery to follow up. I highly recommend using Dr Nassar for any orthopaedic needs.

The staff and nurse are mostly lovely and friendly, especially the anensthtic assistant nurse, she was so lovely and made sure I was comfortable as I was the first time to have a surgery which need to put me in sleep. Overall. I am happy with the all the staff. Just the wait time is bit too long to go to the surgery. My preferred time was 10.30am, however, I was being told it changed to 9.30am the day before which made me have to organise my daughter drop off time urgently. However, when I checked in at 8.35am, I was waiting more than one hour, it turned out my surgery time was nearly 10.30am...then why bother to ask me to come so early??? This is the only thing I wasn't really happy about it.

All of the reception staff who handled my mother’s case were exceptionally kind and helpful, especially Sarah. The nurse, Defenny (I’m not sure if I spelled the name correctly), was also very caring and thoughtful. Dr Lim and the anesthetist were both excellent. My mother said she felt no pain at all during the procedure, and the doctor’s skills are outstanding. She also wanted to thank the approximately six staff members who took care of her during the surgery today. We truly love this clinic and really appreciate the wonderful care provided.

The whole visit went very smoothly from pre admission information pack, friendly staff on arrival and caring medical team. Dr Adrian Maher has a warm comforting manner and explained the endoscopy procedure clearly in easy to understand language putting me at ease. Adrian discussed the results post procedure in the recovery room and provided a full report, photos and plan to follow going forward. The Mater Hill Gastro department are all very professional and can recommend.

When I first met Mr Low I was unsure about having surgery but after he explained everything to me I felt reassured and decided to go ahead with the surgery on my hiatus hernia. Mr Low and his team made this process so easy as they were very caring and made me feel at ease prior to surgery and throughout my after surgery care. The process for the procedure is well define so it flows very well. Staff are brilliant. My overall experience was marked as 3 stars, only because i had hip pain after the procedure, which was handled with care and pain killers. Possibly being in the position i was, created some issues for me. Not sure how it could have been handled diffently or it was just one of those things that may happen. The staff were fantastic.

There was minimal wait for an appointment which was so good as with other clinics I have waited months and months to hear about an appointment. There was little waiting time on the day and the process was finished efficiently. The Dr was compassionate about pain level and it was a fairly quick process to receive the report also. Thanks because not all experiences with medical professionals is like this.

First time patient with Dr Yeh , what an experience it was ,a 5 minute consultation he did not even read my CT scan ( he said he would read it later) all he was concerned with was to get me in for a colonoscopy in 9 - 12 months time . I am on a Carers Pension, which they do not even recognise, so I did not benefit from that , I left totally disgusted, and ripped up the hospital forms .
