This surgery truly changed my life. For years, I suffered from ongoing pain and was repeatedly told by male GPs that my symptoms were self-induced or “all in my head.” If you’re a woman experiencing persistent pain, please trust yourself and get it properly investigated. By the time I was referred to Dr Krishnan, I had already progressed to Stage IV endometriosis. From my very first consultation, Dr Krishnan was exceptional — he took the time to thoroughly review my results, clearly explain my diagnosis, and walk me through exactly what to expect from surgery. I felt heard, validated, and genuinely cared for. During my endometriosis surgery, Dr Krishnan noticed that my appendix looked abnormal, with visible endometriosis lesions. He made the critical decision to remove it — which ultimately led to the discovery of cancer. I truly believe this decision saved my life. The surgery itself was a success, and my recovery was far smoother than I anticipated, with minimal pain and discomfort. Post-operatively, Dr Krishnan continued to provide outstanding care, taking the time to explain my results in detail and outline a clear, thoughtful plan moving forward. I cannot recommend Dr Krishnan highly enough. His expertise, attention to detail, and genuine compassion made an incredibly difficult experience manageable — and ultimately life-changing.

I was scheduled for a BCC to be removed from under my left eye. It was during the procedure under general anaesetic that Dr Rannard discovered a further 3 BCC's hidden lower down. What was meant to be a simple procedure, turned into a very complex 4 hour surgery in which much reconstruction of skin was necessary together with a skin graft. Dr Rannard worked a miracle on my face and I have little scar tissue as a result. She is an incredible surgeon, with attention to detail. She is professional, and passionate in all aspect of her work. She is also a very kind person, always there to listen and give her time to her clients. Getting the best result is her goal aiming to achieve the best possible outcome. I could not recommend her highly enough and wish her every success. Thank you so much Dr Rannard

I have regular colonoscopies and have always been treated with respect and dignity at this clinic from the girls at the front counter to all the medicos . This visit I would like to thank Nurse Romy Dr Teo Nurse Toni Dr Douglas For their care today I do have a couple of suggested improvements for the forms When making changes to the normal forms for particular patients it is better to delete the instructions rather that edit as they don’t print out. There is a reference to continuing fluids for the rest of the afternoon but should say evening. Small administrative changes but worth noting. Overall I rate this clinic highly 10/10 🙂

My last day was not pleasant. I have paid towards private insurance for many years and yet I was treated very poorly on my last day. The previous day I was worried about how I was to get home. My cousin was not able to pick me up early but a nurse said it would be ok I could take my time in leaving. BUT the next day that was not so. Two nurse rushed in grabbed my case and literally started throwing in my stuff while I stood there in amazement at what they where doing. Within minutes they had all my stuff in and lead me to another room. I admit I was not in a hurry to leave but this situation could have been handled a lot better.

My recent visit to the outpatient clinic was great. Admin staff were friendly, appointment relatively on time, thorough. I would like to make a comment about the care within our inpatient stay when my baby was born. We found the staff relatively stern and not particularly friendly. I would have appreciated someone explaining the tests they were performing and why, just for my own interest and knowledge. I'm sure the care was excellent but bedside manner goes a long way.

The experience was prompt, people very welcoming and friendly, general banter was applicable to the nature of our visit and because of our situation, personally, the staff were very understanding around why we and what we specifically were there to do. All round pleasant experience. For us with a wheelchair access was good also. Thanks again for being cogniscent of my mothers condition.

Nurses, doctors all excellent. As far as medical care it gets a ten out of ten. My only complaint is the lack of communication in how long your appointment will be. When going for a check after surgery at 9.10, I didn’t expect to still be waiting 2 hours later. As I said, I don’t mind the wait, just would have liked to be informed. The board said 20 minutes behind, not 2 hours.
