The Eyeclinic in Albury Wodonga, is a professional clinic, where the staff personally care about your needs and are backed by a supportive network of professionals. Even though my daughter does not like some tests, the staff are so kind and supportive. Dr Heinecke, pediatriatic opthalmaloglist is one of best in Australia, an expert in his field and geuinely supports his patients, often going above and beyond, I cant recommend this clinic highly enough. We are so grateful to have the calibre of Dr Heinicke in our region.

The room you go to before the theatre is freezing, we were told not to change too early due to the coldness, even offering us blankets while fully dress. I had 4 blankets on me once I changed into a gown. It was much colder this time then last.I also found it odd that they only allocated so many beds for the Catarat patients many having to sit in chairs until another patient has had there surgery and put in a chair for a bed a rotation shift of 3 or 4 beds. Staff were very helpful.

Natalia puts herself in her patients shoes, very empathetic to us especially when delivering bad news. Natalia has a great support team, her administration staff, Laura is a real Gem she is kind and efficient plus the support oncologists, and anaesthesiologists are highly skilled professionals with great bedside manner.

The only concern was that Dr Gibbings needs to inform the patient of the costs of various tests before chosing the various tests. Apparently he administered a few tests which were not included in the session. I was left abit embarrassed because I didn't have all of the money on the day. However, the reception staff were lovely and waited for funds to come to them later that day.

Craig did a surgery on me that workcare said would not work. Less than a week post surgery I have no sciatic pain the numbness in my legs has resolved my feet are still a little numb but resolving. I was very nervous about the surgery but am so happy with the initial results. The main pain I have is the surgical site which is to be expected. I can’t thank him enough.
