I visited Molly Clark at the Osteo Centre for a persistent foot problem that was making walking painful. What I loved most was Molly's holistic approach; she didn't just treat my foot but looked at my entire alignment to find the root cause. After a few sessions of gentle joint mobilisation and soft tissue work, my foot feels significantly better, and my overall body tension has decreased. She also gave me great advice on footwear and some easy home exercises. Highly recommend for anyone looking for thorough, professional care!

I have always found tge staff i have had dealings with extremely helpful & caring both before & after surgery. The doctor himself told me he was running late for our appointment which I thought was very nice, it meant he knew I was there and that my time also is valuable. I also thought that having a representative from Kieser in the consultation was most beneficial for all parties. Dr Barmare was congenial and very welcoming and he put me at ease and listened to my future plans and my treatment is mindful of those future plans and challenges.

Was impressed with the efficiency of the place, and the knowledge and approachability of the Doctor. He re-assured me during a difficult diagnosis of AF and offered to manage the correspondence with my GP. He even gave me another ECG test when he noticed, by feeling my pulse, that my heart seemed to have reset spontaneously. The ECG did indeed confirm it! My cardiologist was Dr Bernard Thomas who does not appear in your list.

I was disappointed with the wait time before my procedure. I was booked for a 1pm procedure, told in the information before not too come early, so arrived just before 1pm, but waited until 3pm before I was wheeled in. It was a very cold environment (meaning the temperature), staff offered me an extra warmed-up blanket. I even saw a staff member take a warm blanket and wrap it around herself.

We have very much appreciated Dr Ross Ferrier and his team for making a difference in Dad's life. I thought the food was great, nurses were friendly and attentive. However the communication in handover was poor as I had my stay extended and was forgotten about. So no food, no pain meds, no observations, drip ran out. Luckily I twigged on and thought mmm it’s nearly 8pm and I haven’t seen anyone since lunchtime. Apart from that it was very good.

I found the toilet paper although thick was very harsh for me who was returning to the toilet regularly before my colonoscopy. I was already very inflamed with spots of blood. It may seem trivial but I am sure there are more like me. I thought post op. reviews were free.

Have someone explaining what some painkillers can do to you would be beneficial to the patients. Bedside visits did seem somewhat rushed at times. And being heavily medicated whilst being spoken to made it difficult to follow what was happening.
