I had lodged an initial booking request in late February, during a heavily depressive period and received an email follow up from your team after I submitted my referral booking. Unfortunately, my emotional regulation was unpredictable at this point and I'd fallen back into my depressive state not long after, so I did not act on the email. After another month of being in this state of mind, I'd decided to take small steps to help improve my quality of living to at least some degree. I had vaguely recalled seeing an email that came through from Clarity Health Care initiating discussions regarding my referral in February. With this moment in mind, I'd decided to look back on the comms in my email as a first step. I'd sent through the requested documentation, and I received immediate support with a booking made within the same day of their first response back. If not for the encouragement of your team, your accessible pricing, and your incredibly swift turnaround times, I likely may not have begun recovery from my experience of re-traumatisation that happened in late January, until much later. I have to thank your team for your work. I acknowledge my recovery is largely due to myself - but credit is due to your team for jumping into action so quickly. It is exactly the support someone needs during such difficult times.

Dr Jorgen Hellman

Doctor Hellman has a pleasant and straight forward manner, whether in his consulting rooms or during hospital visits. The hospital staff that I meet and talked too, hold him in high regard. He informs you of what he expects from you as a patient and himself as your surgeon with no exceptions. My recovery has run smoothly with no problems after surgery. I am completely free of pain now. One thing that was overlooked on my initial consultation was the mention of cortisone injections effecting my surgery. My surgery was delayed for 3 months due some cortisone injections I had in my back the week before surgery. As a suggestion maybe Dr Hellman could add this to his list of does and don'ts for the patient in the initial consultation. To be fair Dr Hellman was not aware of me being treated with cortisone for arthritis in my back and I did not tell him about it as I did not think it would matter. Please do not publish this paragraph it is only an observed suggestion, probably to all surgeons.

Quite happy with the testing and explanation at the 12 month follow up. Disappointed with the pre-appointment experience though. A new Dr's referral was required prior to appointment (why I don't know). This was arranged 5-6 weeks beforehand and was to be emailed direct. After travelling over 4 hours to get to the appointment, we arrived and checked in only to be quite bluntly told that none was attached on file and we needed to ring the clinic concerned. This is always a long wait, taking 15 minutes to get through. The referral had been sent previously but mysteriously not received (??). It would be more professional for the Reception to advise beforehand if they were still awaiting the said referral rather than have the patient panicking and having to urgently follow up. Otherwise all went well

When I entered the spacious waiting room I was greeted by the very friendly receptionist who smiled and easily answered my question and asked me to take a seat. I didn’t have wait long even being early and was taken in for my scan by another super friendly practitioner who clearly explained the simple procedure and it was done in no time. She then explained the results in terms I could easily understand and then I was on my way home. Could not fault the whole experience. Exceptional job from all involved.

I love my session with Dr Queenie Wu. She's really nice, approachable and professional. I feel very comfortable to open up to her and talk about my concerns, experience and feelings. She helps me to build more confidence and know better about myself overcoming my current difficult situation. I’m willing to tell Dr Queenie some other thoughts not relevant to the topic and just discuss about personal life. She’s like a best friend, a close sister, and a professional you can trust.

The staff and nurses were a pleasure from the second I walked in. Focused on comfort and putting me at ease. They were super friendly, helpful and attentive. Everything ran like clockwork. Doc and anaesthetist were super lovely and responsive. Had your results are soon as you woke up so no stressing or wondering! Warm, heated blankets provided. Good light meal before departure. Considering what I was there for it was actually a really lovely experience :)

Perfect, Dr Jacombs is so professional, she is also a genius. So many doctors couldn’t, wouldn’t operate on my complicated hernia, I went to see Dr Jacombs and she set a plan in place. All of my worries left me that November 2023 .. I knew I was going to live and that I was going to be okay. Fast forward to today, I had my surgery 6 months ago yesterday I have lost so much weight and I am the happiest, healthiest I have ever been.

I visited Dr Alvin Pun due to back pain that lasted for almost two years. He recommended exams and a couple of interventions to diagnose the cause and he finally identified it was a sacroiliac dysfunction which was treated with an injection and physiotherapy.
