I had a very positive experience with Dr Angela, nephrologist. She was extremely helpful, provided accurate information, and explained the diagnosis clearly in a way that was easy to understand. She answered all my questions very patiently, and her friendly, professional approach made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I received. I would also like to mention the receptionist at the front desk, who was very polite and welcoming. She created a warm first impression and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.

My recent visit to the outpatient clinic was great. Admin staff were friendly, appointment relatively on time, thorough. I would like to make a comment about the care within our inpatient stay when my baby was born. We found the staff relatively stern and not particularly friendly. I would have appreciated someone explaining the tests they were performing and why, just for my own interest and knowledge. I'm sure the care was excellent but bedside manner goes a long way.

The experience was prompt, people very welcoming and friendly, general banter was applicable to the nature of our visit and because of our situation, personally, the staff were very understanding around why we and what we specifically were there to do. I personally like coviu for the convenience, living far from the city. It worked well for me. The only trouble was that my Psychologist was new to it and we had to have our appointment over the phone at first. She also takes leave and sick days without letting me know, which had me worried about why there wasn’t a next appointment. I phoned PSYCH2U and they sorted it out for me!
