The Best obstetrician indeed, found Dr.Saffer via google, read up his profile, and I gave it a go, and its a perfect match. I genuinely enjoyed whole pregnancy visits, Dr.Saffer is so humble, kind, and caring - no non sense type Doctor. He always address all my question, no matter how silly they are, most of all He takes his time, I never felt rushed. He explains everything thoroughly, and ensures I understand,He puts my mind to ease.His main priority from Day 1 is my health & baby's health.  Everyone at Dr's saffer room is so warm and welcoming, I had amazing support by Mel (Midwife), whenever I had any concern, she is only a phone call away. I & hubby adore Dr.Saffer & team can not recommend highly enough. Thank you Dr Saffer for everything, we are so blessed to have you as our obstetrician,we love you.

I was scheduled for a BCC to be removed from under my left eye. It was during the procedure under general anaesetic that Dr Rannard discovered a further 3 BCC's hidden lower down. What was meant to be a simple procedure, turned into a very complex 4 hour surgery in which much reconstruction of skin was necessary together with a skin graft. Dr Rannard worked a miracle on my face and I have little scar tissue as a result. She is an incredible surgeon, with attention to detail. She is professional, and passionate in all aspect of her work. She is also a very kind person, always there to listen and give her time to her clients. Getting the best result is her goal aiming to achieve the best possible outcome. I could not recommend her highly enough and wish her every success. Thank you so much Dr Rannard

Ben is a down to earth type of person & explains very well what is required before & after the surgery He gives you paper copies of what he has explained so that it can be taken home & re-read in your own time.He was very thorough with all the scans that were required & if he wasn’t happy with one of the scans he asked for it to be done again. The hospital staff & his team were exceptionally on the day of the surgery After the operation if there were any questions his receptionist would go out of her way too assist with these inquiries & always got back to you either by phone or email. I have the utmost respect for Ben & his team that he has working with him & would recommend Ben too anyone that is deciding to have a operation

I had a very positive experience with Dr Angela, nephrologist. She was extremely helpful, provided accurate information, and explained the diagnosis clearly in a way that was easy to understand. She answered all my questions very patiently, and her friendly, professional approach made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I received. I would also like to mention the receptionist at the front desk, who was very polite and welcoming. She created a warm first impression and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.

My recent visit to the outpatient clinic was great. Admin staff were friendly, appointment relatively on time, thorough. I would like to make a comment about the care within our inpatient stay when my baby was born. We found the staff relatively stern and not particularly friendly. I would have appreciated someone explaining the tests they were performing and why, just for my own interest and knowledge. I'm sure the care was excellent but bedside manner goes a long way.

I think it’s wrong when they don’t bulk bill you when the specialist and doctor asked for it it was quoted $750 for the scan I paid $750 to go to hospital and because it was incomplete that is why I need the and because I am a pensioner I haven’t got that sorted of money so I had to borrow it and I have never had to pay before when I told the specialist and doctor today they said they are going to tell there patients to try elsewhere if you don’t change

The experience was prompt, people very welcoming and friendly, general banter was applicable to the nature of our visit and because of our situation, personally, the staff were very understanding around why we and what we specifically were there to do. The lady Ash who took my scan and then subsequently helped on the day of injection was extremely kind and caring, helping to put me at ease and made me feel like i could ask anything.
