The Best obstetrician indeed, found Dr.Saffer via google, read up his profile, and I gave it a go, and its a perfect match. I genuinely enjoyed whole pregnancy visits, Dr.Saffer is so humble, kind, and caring - no non sense type Doctor. He always address all my question, no matter how silly they are, most of all He takes his time, I never felt rushed. He explains everything thoroughly, and ensures I understand,He puts my mind to ease.His main priority from Day 1 is my health & baby's health.  Everyone at Dr's saffer room is so warm and welcoming, I had amazing support by Mel (Midwife), whenever I had any concern, she is only a phone call away. I & hubby adore Dr.Saffer & team can not recommend highly enough. Thank you Dr Saffer for everything, we are so blessed to have you as our obstetrician,we love you.

From the first time when I was in Icc I along with my Son and Daughter, Dr. Nick came to see the three of us, he probably spent about 1 hour with us.He explained from A to Z the process of the surgery on my heart.He explained the surgery in a very calm and caring manner. My children lost their Mother ,and I my wife 5 years ago with cardiac arrest, and they did not want to lose their Father. At future meetings Dr.Nick explained to my Son and Daughter what they should do, in relation to the health of their hearts. Not only is Dr.Nick a brilliant Heart Surgeon, he is a Magnificent Human Being. And my family and I thank him so much!!!

I’m extremely disappointed in infocus Belmont. My husband was approached by a blonde lady wearing glasses working behind the front desk as she recognised my surname in the computer and mentioned that she went to school with my husbands father who we have no contact with. She proceeded to contact his father and tell him that I am pregnant which has caused backlash with his family as we had our reasoning for not telling them that I am pregnant. I am quite disappointed as this is a breach of staff and patient confidentiality and is extremely unprofessional. I will not be returning to infocus Belmont.

I had a very positive experience with Dr Angela, nephrologist. She was extremely helpful, provided accurate information, and explained the diagnosis clearly in a way that was easy to understand. She answered all my questions very patiently, and her friendly, professional approach made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I received. I would also like to mention the receptionist at the front desk, who was very polite and welcoming. She created a warm first impression and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.

Overall very good, but some suggested improvements: 1) the pre admission online survey for the anaesthetist had programming errors - the Next buttons didn't work unless 'Yes' was selected at least once on each page. 2) the SMS sent to my wife said I was ready to be collected from the pickup bay outside reception, however I had been told to wait in a room inside the hospital. I was disoriented and had no idea how to go to reception even if I wanted to, and she was expecting me to come out to her. Unnecessarily confusing.

The post op nurse, I believe her name was Judy, she was an absolute gem! As I've been told to find another job during my recovery she was helping with ideas, and she was a laugh as well. Louis as my anaesthesiologist was awesome, great to see him again, I said I remembered him from Stirling and we had a laugh about how I "know the deal at this point, so let's get into it" then Oscar as always was amazing. I said in my text to Oscar last night but ill day it again, huge thank you to the entire team.

The experience was prompt, people very welcoming and friendly, general banter was applicable to the nature of our visit and because of our situation, personally, the staff were very understanding around why we and what we specifically were there to do. All round pleasant experience. For us with a wheelchair access was good also. Thanks again for being cogniscent of my mothers condition.

Nurses, doctors all excellent. As far as medical care it gets a ten out of ten. My only complaint is the lack of communication in how long your appointment will be. When going for a check after surgery at 9.10, I didn’t expect to still be waiting 2 hours later. As I said, I don’t mind the wait, just would have liked to be informed. The board said 20 minutes behind, not 2 hours.
