We were referred to Dr Glen Guerra by our haematologist for my daughter’s biopsy, and I can honestly say he is the best specialist I have ever met. Initially, we expected a simple explanation of the procedure when we visited him first, but Glen went far beyond that. He was incredibly knowledgeable, caring, professional, and approachable. He reviewed all of my daughter’s previous test results and took the time to explain everything thoughtfully, which left us feeling reassured and relieved. After the surgery, we saw him twice for stitch removal and biopsy results, and each visit only strengthened my impression of his excellence and kindness. When my daughter experienced a side effect from painkillers, I emailed him (it was late Sunday afternoon), unsure what to do. He called me back within an hour to guide us through it and such responsiveness and compassion are rare. A special thank you also to Nicole, the receptionist, for her kindness and support. Words cannot express our gratitude. As a side note, my sister passed away 30 years ago from rectal cancer, and I often think how different things might have been if we had known someone like Dr Glen then. Thank you so much Dr. Guerra! You truly made one of the most challenging periods so much easier for us.

Could not fault Meredith she is amazing but the whole practice is not set up to help the customer. There is no hi caps meaning the parent of the potentially sick child has to make sure they keep the invoice to spend more time at home on admin. Then there are the amazingly long wait times if you call. Why would you not outsource that. As a parent of two children I have no longer than about 3mins of time in between one of the kids needing me for something. When I first called I had to spend 30mins on the phone. There is no excuse possible for your practice to have similar wait times to Australia Post. Your reception team seem to move at a snails pace and usually two of them will join in on a conversation with a client. You have enough staff to be handling the call volume. If not outsource it. Thirdly you are a paediatric specialising medical clinic- why do you have ONLY stairs at the front door- surely you see many babies in prams and have a higher percentage of clientele who would need a ramp to get in. All of these things I have listed seem to be common sense which is why they frustrate me so much.

Dr Hartin was my Neurosurgeon who carried out ACDF Surgery on my deteriorating spine. I was in constant pain and my ability to use my right hand had reduced significantly, due to nerve damage. Dr Hartin explained every thing clearly, reassuring me of my raised concerns. After the surgery I can confidently say that I have received an instant relief in the nerve pain running down my right arm and therefore, allows me to have confidence in starting to use the arm again. I will require further surgery on my spine, and I can confidently say that I highly recommend Dr Hartin’s professional service and expertise. I definitely felt comfortable and well informed of the whole process and expectations of the condition and surgery. I had already tried other options over several years and with my family history I knew surgery was likely the next step. Dr. Navaratnam ticked all the boxes, so I requested a referral from my GP and began the process. Long story short, four months after my initial consultation, I feel like a new man. My post-op recovery was quick, and I was back on the tools within a week. My nightly trips to the toilet have dropped to one—and sometimes two if I sleep longer than seven hours. Highly recommend Dr Chia. We had two pregnancies with her and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone or use her services again. She is empathetic, kind and honest. Explanations are clear and payments are straightforward. I loved that I had appointments for my whole pregnancy as soon as I engaged her services making it easy to attend around work and other commitments. There was only one instance where my appointment had to be rescheduled due to another birth (nature of babies who have no schedule!). Located right in heart of Chatswood made it easy to find parking at any time of the day.

She helped me feel prepared and heard in both my pregnancies and did everything she could to make sure both my baby boys and I were safe and sound. I adore having her on my care team. He explained everything and sent us for the required tests which we had the same day. He rang the next day with results and got my husband in for his angio in 2 weeks...he was wonderful very caring and explained everything well. I was asked to come in early way b4 my appt time at 1.40 on 9th Sept. I arrived at around 11 am and was not seen br Dr untill 2.15. In that waiting time no staff member came to speak to me about the hold up. I approached the front desk to ask but no one coukd enlighten me as to the delay. I nearly left but as i had made my visit there from the southcoast i decided to stay.
