I had spinal fusion and decompression of L4 L5 almost 6 months ago and it has changed my life for the better in every way. From the very first visit I was impressed with how good a listener Dr Oehme was, but he didn't just listen he understood my challenges. Dr Oehme reviewed my MRI with me, explaining and describing what was present and how each aspect was relevant to my symptoms. Dr Oehme then went through a list of options for treatment and explained why he made a certain recommendation. I was not pressured in any way. I was given an excellent overview of any risks. From Day 1 post surgery I have had a phenomenal recovery. I am symptom free. When I move I no longer spend time trying to find ways of describing my symtoms...this used to take up so much space in my brain. This surgery has ensured I can continue to work, pay my rent, be productive and independent! Most importantly I have now lost weight, returned to regular exercise and am enjoying a sense of well being and content with my body. I am a 67 year old female. DR Oehme has significantly improved and positively enhanced the trajectory of my aging and I am so very very appreciative!!!

As an autistic person I have found it incredibly difficult to find a psychologist who truly understands me and creates a space where I feel safe enough to open up. Speaking, explaining my thoughts, and trusting professionals has been a major challenge for me. Tane Thomas has been the best psychologist I have worked with. He is patient, calm, and genuinely listens without judgement or pressure. He doesn't rush me, doesn't force me to talk before I am ready, and respects how hard communication can be for someone like me. That alone makes a huge difference. Tane has a way of making sessions feel safe and supportive, even with discussing very difficult things. I never feel dismissed or misunderstood which has been a common experience for me in the past. He explains things clearly, meets me where I am at, and adapts his approach rather than expecting me to fit a rigid model. If you have struggled to find a psychologist who truly "gets it" I highly recommend Tane Thomas. After months of being misdiagnosed and almost giving up on becoming better, I was referred to Dr. Sheard. He pretty much knew instantly when he saw the way I walked what was wrong with me and sent me off for the correct Scans. The way he made me feel heard and looked after I cannot explain. Once my MRIs were done, he organised my surgery and has kept in contact ever since to check on me and my recovery. For someone who has very little faith in the healthcare system, I can definitely say that after seeing Dr Sheard my faith has been restored. I was referred by my GP to Dr Kuswanto. For my heavy period and premenopause management. I find that Dr Kuswanto is patient with my explanation and is willing to listen. This makes the consultation pleasant and easy to understand. Dr Kuswanto did a hysteroscopy procedure for me and explained everything to me clearly before and after the procedure. During the procedure, Dr Kuswanto also removed a fibroid for me. He explained the details to me and my husband after procedure. I find that he is very detailed doctor.
