He is incredibly humble, honest, and provides clear information without overstating outcomes. I actually travelled from Brisbane to Melbourne specifically to be under Dr Kent’s care. His reviews are exceptional, and his experience is even more impressive in person. My surgery was a complete success and was performed entirely via keyhole. Several other doctors had advised that, due to the size and location of my fibroid, an open myomectomy would be the only option. I asked Dr Kent if he could attempt keyhole first and convert to open if necessary, and he agreed. I’m so grateful he did. My fibroid is now completely gone!! A few hours after surgery, I already felt good. I was able to go for short walks and move my bowels without difficulty. I highly recommend Dr Kent for any procedure he believes he can perform. Trust him. This comes from someone who spent a long time researching the right surgeon for such a major operation, and from someone who wants to preserve their fertility. Reception staff were great, polite and helpful. Building is not accessible for prams or wheelchairs which is pretty alarming for a paediatric clinic. Reception staff were often having to lift prams up and down, they did a great job but it’s very inconvenient. On this day our appointment was just over 25 minutes late with no acknowledgement or apology of it being late by the doctor, which I find rude. Other experience have been online and with another specialist which I can’t fault. Appointment wait times aren’t to long which is great.

Always friendly staff. Initial checks usually completed in a timely manner, however there is often a longer wait to see the specialist themselves. (More than enough time to maximise action of those eye dilation drops) I actually don’t mind the wait, as when you do see the Dr you don’t feel rushed, and they take the time to fully explain everything, and answer any questions. That focus on service and care in the appointment makes up for any extra waiting time.

Wait time was minimal. Procedure went well, although I did wait, what I thought was, a long time motionless which was very irritating for my tennis elbow which I am suffering with at the moment.
