Charles Giddings was very professional and thorough in the way he conducted our consultations. The treatment I received under his guidance made the whole experience very comfortable in view of what treatment needed to be undertaken to achieve the right result.
I was slotted in quickly due to another upcoming surgery and the practice coordinated with the other surgeon so that I only needed one hospital stay.
Staff were friendly and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming
the reception staff were kind , the wait was short, the visit with Jo Rimmer was very thorough and she explained the suggested procedure in every detail and the financials were clear.
I can’t rate Professor Jo Rimmer more highly, she has changed my life! I was without taste and smell and had more than 20 years of blocked sinuses, runny nose and sleep apnoea. Since my operation 7 months ago I‘m now able to taste really well, my sense of smell has returned to around 70 percent, and I’ve done away with the compressor beside my bed and the “romantic” face mask. I now breath freely through my nose to sleep, with my mouth closed and don’t snore at all. Thank you, Professor Jo Rimmer, you’ve changed mine and my family’s lives.
The appontment was on time and the staff were helpful.
Professor Joanne Rimmer is one of the all time greats. It was a first experience for me to go under with a frustrating sinus issue. The operation was a huge success and loving the return to breathing through my nose. Special call out to Michelle who is super organised and genuinely lovely. She made getting to theatre seamless. Alongside the whole team at the clinic, I had a wonderful experience and couldn’t recommend the whole team.
Very happy with Jo! Not only getting a consult but also a fix in the same appt. Super quick and easy. TY
After my treatment and medication a tad disappointed it did not work and I get it. Returning now for a further course of treatment. What I have learnt with this condition is there are no guarantees and cure and having met with many specialist in this field over the past 2 years the only thing certain is that there is no cure. But you continue on in hope and dollars $$$$$
