I was welcomed, treated with respect and shown great kindnessat The ENT Clinic in Bay Street, Brighton. As a patient the professional treatment and follow up I experienced were outstanding. Both Drs Charles Gillings and Associate Professor Joanne Rimmer gave me complete confidence with their friendly and engaging manner as well as highly skilled expertise.

I was very impressed at the care I received by Joanne Rimmer and her staff. They went out of their way to make an appointment time and the consultation was thorough and the explanation of my problem and ongoing treatment was reassuring. I have no hesitation in recommending the Clinic.

My experience with the ENT clinic, and in particular A/Prof Joanne Rimmer; was exceptional. The support team were very professional and provided clear communication for scheduled surgery etc. The follow-up was reassuring, and gave me confidence in the process. My issue was identified promptly, and resolved with a successful surgical outcome.

Dr. Giddings is highly recommended by my friend and she is right. Dr. Giddings is very knowledgeable about his craft and shows compassion to his patients.
