Clear and concise description of procedure in simple terms. Well organised and managed from start to finish.

This was the third and final consultation following my total hip replacement completed in November 2023.

My most recent visit was my 2 year post op check in. I came in we spoke for a bit, he checked the knee and its functions, we spoke a little more then we were done.

From initial consult, surgery and follow up appointment, I felt that I was seen. I mattered.

On Time and very professional

Quite happy with the testing and explanation at the 12 month follow up. Disappointed with the pre-appointment experience though. A new Dr's referral was required prior to appointment (why I don't know). This was arranged 5-6 weeks beforehand and was to be emailed direct. After travelling over 4 hours to get to the appointment, we arrived and checked in only to be quite bluntly told that none was attached on file and we needed to ring the clinic concerned. This is always a long wait, taking 15 minutes to get through. The referral had been sent previously but mysteriously not received (??). It would be more professional for the Reception to advise beforehand if they were still awaiting the said referral rather than have the patient panicking and having to urgently follow up. Otherwise all went well
