There was little to no wait time. The staff were friendly and very informative.
Very professional staff. Unfortunately there was a long wait time due to an extra long appointment prior to mine - but I do understand that this can happen and sometimes additional time is required.
I attended my appointment on a Saturday and my experience was fantastic. I was greeted kindly and respectfully by reception staff before attending my appointment.
