Good experience and understandable explanation delivered with lots of patience and consideration
Really appreciated the clinic running on time for my embryo transfer and everyone’s kindness. I find transfers extremely anxiety inducing as I’ve done so many. From the embryologist to the nurses and dr doing the transfer everyone was so kind and caring, chatting to distract me and being professionally kind and efficient. I know they do these procedures several times daily but for us they are such a huge thing and it is because of my experience I have and continue to recommend fertility north to others.
Dr Kladnitski was polite even though the conversation was of a more difficult nature. I appreciated her honesty and she delivered it in a calm and courteous way
I have never been able to fault the team at Fertility North. All the staff are highly professional and friendly. The practice is always clean and presentable.
Positive experience. Friendly nurses, doctors and reception. You never wait long. Billing is explained well.
