Dont know to which one you refer to did not visit the centre recently. But this is after my last transfer A nurse was pushing me to make a really difficult decision and gave me an hour. I had to asked my Husband to phone and than they was not so pushing about giving them our decision. And I Asked them at 8:30 to call me they phone me back at 4:30 so that was also a but disappointing. Please just be more considered for what we go through and telling us you have 80 other people to phone back does not make you feel really important.
At 85 I wasn't sure what to expect but I needn't have worried. Total respect from the onset of examinations. Thank you.

I hardly waited at all reception staff always keen to help and very friendly and polite I had a new doctor and she was lovely i felt very comfortable with her.
Very thankful to be in the hands of Dr Chapple. My excision surgery for stage 4 endometriosis has been a very quick and seamless recovery, which would not have been picked up without his experience and knowledge.
