About Dr Jay Natalwala
Dr Jay Natalwala is a Consultant Gynaecologist and Clinical Director specialising in fertility, endometriosis management, and advanced minimally invasive (laparoscopic) surgery. He holds an MBBCh from Cardiff University (UK), a Diploma from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (DRCOG), Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG), and a Master’s in Reproductive Medicine from the University of New South Wales.
Dr Natalwala completed his specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology across Perth, Melbourne, Christchurch, and Adelaide, before entering specialist practice in 1996. In 2004, he ceased private obstetrics to focus on fertility and gynaecology, and has served as Clinical Director of Fertility North since 2003.
His clinical expertise includes the management of infertility, laparoscopic surgery for complex gynaecological conditions, and comprehensive care for patients with endometriosis. Dr Natalwala is also actively involved in medical education, providing supervision and mentorship to postgraduate trainees in Obstetrics and Gynaecology as well as undergraduate medical students from the University of Notre Dame.
Through his leadership at Fertility North, Dr Natalwala continues to advance patient-centred, evidence-based reproductive healthcare across Western Australia.

We left feeling like our time and money had been wasted. We tried to plan accordingly by completing all tests and scans prior to the visit only to be now further delayed by needing an other test we could have completed months ago. We have spent 2 days since our appointment trying to call around to deal with tech errors on the website preventing payment and trying to find and external provider for a prerequesit that is not really clear and were told FerthNorth can provide but actually cant.
