I was a patient of Dr. Chapple or over a year, seeking medical support for ongoing gynecological concerns. Unfortunately, my experience throughout this time was deeply disappointing and, at times, distressing. I initially sought care in hopes of receiving thoughtful evaluation and effective treatment for my symptoms. Instead, I left feeling unheard, dismissed, and with more unresolved issues than when I began. On multiple occasions, it appeared that my medical reports and test results had not been reviewed prior to my appointments. This resulted in repetitive conversations, inconsistent guidance, and a lack of meaningful progress in my care. I also received contradictory advice across visits, which created confusion and undermined my confidence in the treatment plan. When I attempted to ask clarifying questions, I often felt that my concerns were minimized rather than taken seriously. My pain and symptoms were repeatedly downplayed, leaving me feeling invalidated rather than supported. The bedside manner I experienced was, regrettably, lacking in empathy and attentiveness. I never felt genuinely understood or that my concerns were being addressed with the care and diligence they warranted. Over the course of a year, I invested significant time, financial resources, and trust into this care, hoping for improvement that ultimately never came. Patients seek gynecological care during vulnerable and often painful times. Compassion, preparation, and consistency are essential. Unfortunately, those elements were missing in my experience. Dr Chapple was wonderful as always and he never rushes you through your appointment. He takes the time and care needed for each of his patients to find them the best possible outcome. He makes you feel heard and in safe hands. Would highly recommend Fertility North.
