Stephanie was very helpful and friendly. Well managed by Stephanie. Cant ask for more better service. Pick-up drivers should definitely be allow to wait inside the vehicle and parked just outside staff parking near the gate or possibly at rear. No pressure for patients to gain conscious after the procedures completed. A huge plus for that. Some clinics wants patients to gain conscious ASAP due to limited number of beds. A cup of warm tea and biscuits is definitely a huge plus after a starvation a day before. A simple gesture goes a long way.

Dr. Lowes was very informative with her explanations. I felt like she truly heard me when I talked about my symptoms and had possible explanations when numerous other specialists were at a loss. She presented numerous options for treatment ranging from diet support, physio, hypnotherapy, medications, and surgery. I didn’t feel like she pressured me at all. I appreciate that she gave me two weeks to think about what we discussed and will meet again for me to ask follow up questions. I came out of the appointment feeling empowered.

Overall, I had a great experience with the service provided. However, I found the specialist fees to be significantly higher than I expected. The Medicare rebate is comparatively low when measured against GP fees, which makes the out-of-pocket cost quite substantial. For someone with limited income and managing a diagnosis such as diabetes, these costs can be very difficult to afford. I believe more consideration should be given to patients who require ongoing specialist care but face financial constraints.

He clearly articulated the clinical and diagnostic facts, my options in light of them, and his recommendations. He gave me ample opportunity to ask questions and provide input. On surgery day his pre-operation briefing was also clear and direct. His post-surgery report was prompt and informative. My surgery has been a great success and I'm well on the way to regaining full use of my knee.

More information to be communicated before the appointment - I had no idea that I wasn't allowed fake nails until I was in the nurses room. I was told 8:45 in the text message but my surgeon's practice called and said 8:00am. Everything was great except for the communication prior to my surgery
