I had surgery at S.C.U.P.H on 12th September to correct a problem with my right foot. Because I live about 3 and a half hours away from Dr. Bourke's practice, I had to travel to see him and then I had to travel to have the surgery done, however, because my daughter lives close by, that wasn't much of a problem. I found Dr. Bourke to be knowledgeable and very honest and direct. I was a little skeptical because I had had a similar procedure done 15 years ago, and procedures and treatments have changed since then. I had also seen one terrible review of Dr. Bourke, but the overall majority of the reviews were good. Therefore, I decided to have the procedure done by Dr. Bourke. I was very pleased that he agreed to consult via telehealth for my follow up appointments via photographs etc. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for Dr. Bourke and he was always very accommodating and polite. My foot is healing well and the problem I had is considerably improved. The outcome is a little different to the other foot that I had done 15 years ago, but it was done with a totally different procedure. Dr. Bourke's receptionist Kelly is very efficient and all the arrangements were seamless. Thank you Dr. Bourke. I wish you all the best for the future.

Could not fault Meredith she is amazing but the whole practice is not set up to help the customer. There is no hi caps meaning the parent of the potentially sick child has to make sure they keep the invoice to spend more time at home on admin. Then there are the amazingly long wait times if you call. Why would you not outsource that. As a parent of two children I have no longer than about 3mins of time in between one of the kids needing me for something. When I first called I had to spend 30mins on the phone. There is no excuse possible for your practice to have similar wait times to Australia Post. Your reception team seem to move at a snails pace and usually two of them will join in on a conversation with a client. You have enough staff to be handling the call volume. If not outsource it. Thirdly you are a paediatric specialising medical clinic- why do you have ONLY stairs at the front door- surely you see many babies in prams and have a higher percentage of clientele who would need a ramp to get in. All of these things I have listed seem to be common sense which is why they frustrate me so much.

waiting room is very clean and calming, the supportive posters for queer identities and available water were particularly reassuring. admin staff are all delightful and helpful, and my practitioner was very helpful and accommodating for my changing needs. would definitely recommend clarity health care to others, especially their head2health program. my only bit of criticism would be making sure that ALL admin staff are familiar with the processes around head2health. i requested that one of my sessions be rescheduled as i was sick, but i was informed incorrectly that i would not be able to reschedule. i had to go to my second-last session with my psych, assuming i was only having one, and have her inform me that rescheduling was actually possible. in future, please ensure all admin staff are familiar with rescheduling processes, and are communicating clearly with practitioners regarding available rescheduling.

After a long period of waking up 4–5 times a night to go to the toilet, I finally decided enough was enough. I had already tried other options over several years and with my family history I knew surgery was likely the next step. Dr. Navaratnam ticked all the boxes, so I requested a referral from my GP and began the process. Long story short, four months after my initial consultation, I feel like a new man. My post-op recovery was quick, and I was back on the tools within a week. My nightly trips to the toilet have dropped to one—and sometimes two if I sleep longer than seven hours. Overall it has been a very positive experience, and I’m extremely happy to recommend Dr. “Ano,” his colleagues and the entire team.

I look forward to Roland being my safety net whist being supported through my diabetes journey by my GP Dr Tolulope Doherty. I enjoyed that my consultation was supported by the AI Heath System "Heidi" allowing Prof McCallum to focus on me and only confirming and verifying the GenAI notes This is exactly how AI should be used (Not Dataism but Humanism - Yuval Noah Harrari, Homo Dues, 2016) for my benefit.

Dr Alice is a dream OBGYN. She is so calming and charismatic. She helped me feel prepared and heard in both my pregnancies and did everything she could to make sure both my baby boys and I were safe and sound. I adore having her on my care team. Even though we’ve decided that two kids is perfect for our family… getting to see Dr Alice again is almost tempting enough to go back for a third. She’s the best. She was also so gentle with my IUD insertion. I honestly didn’t feel anything! What a super star.

When we first rang for an appointmemt we were able to be seen within the week .The lady on the phone was professional and empathetic. We saw Dr Trividi who was excellent . He explained everything and sent us for the required tests which we had the same day. He rang the next day with results and got my husband in for his angio in 2 weeks...he was wonderful very caring and explained everything well. I could not speak highly enough of our experience with Dr Trividi and the practice as a whole

Overall quite good except the hospital pharmacy lost all my medications that I had to bring with me. I had a day where I didn’t have the important tablets as I have Addisons disease. Total incompetence from the pharmacy. Medication replacement very inadequate. Surgical incision site very painful to be expected.
