Dr Lighten and his team at Minerva facility were exceptionally friendly, accommodating and professional throughout our IVF experience. We could not have asked for more. The facilities at The Bond day hospital are extremely well thought out and beautiful, and the admin/reception staff were always so helpful. We would especially like to mention the nurses we encountered during our visits Janeace and Alisha (our sincere apologies to the other fantastic nurses whose names we can’t recall). They were both caring and warm during anxious visits and helped put our nerves at ease. Another stand out was Dr Lighten’s scientist Eve who was amazing with her explanations of the ins and outs of the IVF process. Thank you again to the whole team at Minerva!

Dr. Stephen Lyons provided exceptional care throughout all three of my pregnancies and delivered each of my babies by C-section. From the very beginning, he was calm, reassuring, and consistently professional, which made me feel safe and comfortable every step of the way. Whenever I expressed my wish to have C-sections or made any other decisions, he never judged or questioned me, he was always respectful and supportive. After my deliveries, when I struggled to get proper women’s health support from my GP, Dr. Lines kindly stepped in and offered the help I needed. His compassion and dedication went far beyond my expectations. I’m truly grateful for the care he provided and couldn’t recommend him more highly.

From the moment I stepped into Dr Oscar Brumby-Randell’s consultation room I was made to feel at ease. I was given information on my up and coming surgery it was explained to me so that I understood what was going to happen during the procedure and relevant information about my stay was emailed out. In theatre my mind was put at ease with kind words that I needed to hear. I was sent a link so that I could see what would happen during surgery. Found this great helped with understanding. Next day before release saw Dr Oscar Brumby-Rendell for a final checkup, scripts and other appropriate information towards my recovery. I would rate my experience 10/10.

I was 14 minutes late for my appt. The secretary informed me I was later than 10 minutes, this being the ceiling.😢 I literally begged of her to let m in - frozen shoulder . I had tears spring to my eyes when she allowed me to enter - I was overwhelmed as I have a fractured T12 - thank goodness I had a really lovely lady who showed understanding - I didn’t tell her of my T12only of my poor old shoulder !! Thank you again lovely lady, Jennifer Connolly P.S re the type of treatment I received P3 - had a scan & a cortisone injection- not really sure of correct terminology 😝

Always friendly staff. Initial checks usually completed in a timely manner, however there is often a longer wait to see the specialist themselves. (More than enough time to maximise action of those eye dilation drops) I actually don’t mind the wait, as when you do see the Dr you don’t feel rushed, and they take the time to fully explain everything, and answer any questions. That focus on service and care in the appointment makes up for any extra waiting time.

Mr Liang Low

General Surgeon

Mr Low (Liang) is a true gentleman, who is very approachable and easy going. Most of all I have complete confidence in his knowledge, experience and his surgical skill.. My own experience of Hernia surgery I would rate as “First Class”. I was given plenty of information to put me at ease, and the hospital experience was altogether painless and also post-op my recovery has been fast, it’s great to be back to normal. Life changing. Wait time was minimal. Procedure went well, although I did wait, what I thought was, a long time motionless which was very irritating for my tennis elbow which I am suffering with at the moment. I believe there was an unforeseen event which delayed my procedure, which I fully understand needed to be attended to. The lovely staff did come back a couple of tlmes to check on me which I appreciated

I felt very happy with this experience. I don’t know my skin is so sensitive. I had blisters and painful on my skin after I use adhesive film bandage. After I feedback to my doctor, he gave me a good advice. Let me change to the other different film dressing from pharmacy immediately. They were kind and patient with me. Help me solve my problems.
