waiting room is very clean and calming, the supportive posters for queer identities and available water were particularly reassuring. admin staff are all delightful and helpful, and my practitioner was very helpful and accommodating for my changing needs. would definitely recommend clarity health care to others, especially their head2health program. my only bit of criticism would be making sure that ALL admin staff are familiar with the processes around head2health. i requested that one of my sessions be rescheduled as i was sick, but i was informed incorrectly that i would not be able to reschedule. i had to go to my second-last session with my psych, assuming i was only having one, and have her inform me that rescheduling was actually possible. in future, please ensure all admin staff are familiar with rescheduling processes, and are communicating clearly with practitioners regarding available rescheduling.

After a long period of waking up 4–5 times a night to go to the toilet, I finally decided enough was enough. I had already tried other options over several years and with my family history I knew surgery was likely the next step. Dr. Navaratnam ticked all the boxes, so I requested a referral from my GP and began the process. Long story short, four months after my initial consultation, I feel like a new man. My post-op recovery was quick, and I was back on the tools within a week. My nightly trips to the toilet have dropped to one—and sometimes two if I sleep longer than seven hours. Overall it has been a very positive experience, and I’m extremely happy to recommend Dr. “Ano,” his colleagues and the entire team.

He left no stone unturned to provide me with the very best outcome to my problem. He has an extremely good bedside manner, he listens, answered all my questions, gave me as much time as required during my consultation s. I had a challenging year with debilitating Af, & he moved mountains to organise an oblation which has been extremely successful. I had to phone him once or twice & he always rang me back & thanked me for getting in touch when I needed to ask specific questions about my medications. I think Dr Trevedi is a wonderful asset to Complete Health.

When we first rang for an appointmemt we were able to be seen within the week .The lady on the phone was professional and empathetic. We saw Dr Trividi who was excellent . He explained everything and sent us for the required tests which we had the same day. He rang the next day with results and got my husband in for his angio in 2 weeks...he was wonderful very caring and explained everything well. I could not speak highly enough of our experience with Dr Trividi and the practice as a whole

Mr Tsan is the best as he saved my life. I was diagnosed with cancer over 15 years ago and Mr Tsan was my surgeon and a brilliant one at that. He is a very talented Surgeon . If any of my Surgeries can be done by Mr Tsan i always ask for a referral to him. Mr Tsan is very polite and sincere and explains things well. I am forever grateful I was left in his care after my breast cancer treatment.

I always find the staff at the Glen Endoscopy Centre friendly, professional and very efficient. Over my several visits to the centre, this has been my consistent experience. The procedures go smoothly and in a timely. The specialists are very helpful before and after the procedures and the staff are also. I would recommend the centre to anyone considering the GEC for their procedures.

Had a cholecystectomy early last week. Another surgeon was initially scheduled, but as upper gastrointestinal is Dr Niruben’s specialty, he was recommended to take the op. From first contact Dr Niruben was professional and personable. Op went well and recovery is progressing well. Follow up appt scheduled for Jan with Dr Niruben. Can highly recommend.

Dr. Adrian Maher

I was completely blown away by the level of professionalism, communication and care shown by Dr Maher. He is caring for my 89 year Mum dealing with acute cholangitis and sepsis. He and Dr Lewin were able to arrange ICU care quickly, and when mum was fit enough, an ERCP which went extremely well, clearing Mum's issue. An outstanding operator!

Overall quite good except the hospital pharmacy lost all my medications that I had to bring with me. I had a day where I didn’t have the important tablets as I have Addisons disease. Total incompetence from the pharmacy. Medication replacement very inadequate. Surgical incision site very painful to be expected.

I thought I’d paid for everything but I arrived & at checking I was told there was still the full amount of the bill to be paid.
