Parking in the side street was easy, and convenient. The reception staff seemed more interested in their own activities, than in welcoming patients and getting them seated. I was disappointed with my visit. The ENT surgeon was friendly, and did a few checks. He suggested a couple of things regarding my hayfever issues, and a referral to another specialist. There were no other suggestions of exploring my poor balance and spacial awareness problems. Very disappointing, and a waste of my time and miney. I could not get an appointment with the referral, until the second half of next year! I twice contacted the clinic, asking for a referral elsewhere, where I might be seen earlier. The clinic and specialist have never gotten back to me! Not good enough!

I had been concerned about my post surgery improvement but felt that maybe I was being a little too anscious and should give myself more time to recover. However, Dr Fidock assured me that I was not being too causcious, nor was I wasting his or my time. After a thorough exam of the knee area, Dr Fidock was able to explain what he thought the issue was, using a comparison with photos taken during surgery. He provided a well explained plan of treatment and answered all my additional questions regarding living and working strategies during the healing process.

The staff were very friendly and informative. Although tests had to be done prior to the doctors' consultation there was a longer wait time but it was pretty busy and I could see the staff and good report with the patients and that they were looked after.

Overall very happy, staff were great. Only issue I had was the total lack of privacy when surgeon came out to tell me his findings whilst I was seated next to another patient.
