I found the staff extremely friendly, however the experience was negatively impacted by the wait time to be admitted. On the day my admission time was scheduled for 3.15pm. I arrived at the admissions desk at 2.50pm to be told to take a seat and they were calling people up in order. It wasn’t very busy in the waiting room at the time. At 3.35pm I received a call from the admissions desk asking where I was, I could see her from where I was sitting and waved and headed to the desk. She asked if I had let someone know I was there as they were urgently waiting for me to be admitted. I’m unsure how I was forgotten about but feel this did impact my surgery admission and pushed me back to end of the list. I was not taken in for my procedure until 5.30pm.

From the timer I walked into the surgery. I felt welcome. I was quite nervous. I’ve got a doctor daughter That’s a doctor at the John hunger hospital currently on the radiology program I got her to do a full investigation on Dr Tom and she could not speak highly enough of him did a rotation with him in paediatric said he’s absolutely amazing from the moment that Tom walked into that room. He made me feel comfortable That doctor honest Your company has been blessed by God above to have somebody like Dr. Tom on your team 150% this is the only place that I’ll ever go to have any radiology procedures done thank you so much Kerrie.

Welcoming staff at the front desk, unfortunately I had a bad encounter with a poor cannulation which caused extravasation from my hand up to my elbow. I left the practice a little disappointed with the staff member who didn't fully listen and check the cannula site. She was a little uncertain but still proceeded with the CT dye. I left in pain and with concern to my arm, being told to followup with by GP as needed. I believe a follow up call to ensure the patient is ok would have been appreciated. I think the aftercare could be a little improved.

Dr Pradeep has exceptional interpersonal and professional skills. He is empathetic, caring, and takes time to listen. In my case he was willing to refer me to complementary health professionals to assist in my recovery. I consider myself very lucky to have been referred to him in late 2023 by my GP. Dr Pradeep also welcomed my husband on appointments and willingly answered questions in easy-to-understand language. I highly recommend Dr Pradeep to anyone with respiratory or sleep problems.

I was a bit shakey as I haven't had the epidural spinal steroid injection before.. My friends almost convinced me it would be very painful. I was treated with respect by staff and doctor who told me exactly what would happen. That reassured me. So I knew exactly when the anaesthetic was going in. Painful?? No.Thankyou to all the staff from the time I walked in to the end of the procedure. In Focus radiology staff were great
