Over the last nine months particularly, but over the last ten year in total, I have been very happy with the way I have been treated at your establishment as a patient. All staff, both admin and technical staff have been very professional and friendly. I had intended to write to InFocus, prior to the survey request, to thank the staff for the kind way I was treat while having a CT scan of my back lately. I felt your team certainly tried to accommodate my needs and were very considerate of my pain level at all times. Waiting times have been very reasonable and admin staff have always made every attempt to try and fit me in so I didn't have to come back a second time. I have found all technicians very happy to answer my questions while maintaining a very high level of professionalism. Results have been sent to my doctor very promptly so I have been able to follow up with my GP without delays. I also love the Patient Portal. As a person who likes to better understand my health conditions, I find having access to the information via the portal has been helpful in making me more comfortable when I have been diagnosed with something serious and on going. It is also significant that the results are stored there long term and this gives me and professionals a chance to monitor changes over a decade. Dr Kim Latendresse

Was referred to Dr Kim Latendresse by my doctor after having a consultation with a different surgeon who charged me $360 for 7 minutes of his time. The difference with Dr Latendresse was very noticeable...he spend 45 minutes with me thoroughly assessing my carpel tunnel issue, explaining the two different styles of operation and running through recovery etc. Booked in with him and 5 days later had my endoscopic carpel tunnel release operation which was done at Nambour Selangor hospital ( fantastic place with superb staff ) I can't recommend Dr Latendresse enough...the nicest and most professional surgeon I have come across ...plus he has a great team both at his offices and in the operating theatre. He was $1500 cheaper than the first specialist i saw which was good but not the sole reason I decided to use his services ! Thank you Dr Kim...a great experience 👍

Highly recommend Dr Lighten and Minerva Fertility!! I had stage 4 endometriosis, low egg count, polyps and 2 natural miscarriages prior to seeing Dr Lighten. After a laprascopy and hysterocopy we did a round of IVF. I had an excellent experience with him and his amazing staff. Nurses were always available, caring and informative. I always felt safe and secure with their treatment. They guided and supported me step by step. Dr Lighten was always honest, professional, positive and caring every step of the way. His experience speaks volumes. After 1 year and 4 months in Dr Lightens care I am now are pregnant with our first baby through IVF. We will forever be grateful to Dr Lighten and his beautiful team!
