Dr Kanade and her receptionist was absolutely fantastic. The lady at reception was wonderfully polite, helful and very friendly. It is amazing to walk into consultation rooms and to feel like you matter, that you are seen as person and not just as a face, surname or number. Thank you so much. Dr Kanade was amazing. She listened, understood and for the first time I am hopeful that I will be able to get "me" back again. So few dr's really listen and understand the battles that menopausal women fight everyday. I was referred by my GP to Dr Kuswanto. For my heavy period and premenopause management. I find that Dr Kuswanto is patient with my explanation and is willing to listen. This makes the consultation pleasant and easy to understand. Dr Kuswanto did a hysteroscopy procedure for me and explained everything to me clearly before and after the procedure. During the procedure, Dr Kuswanto also removed a fibroid for me. He explained the details to me and my husband after procedure. I find that he is very detailed doctor. Staff, brilliant. Cleanliness, spotless. Professionals, fabulous Food, TERRIBLE!. Dry, stodgy bread and sandwich had no filling. Basically mayo and rocket on white. After fasting 12 hrs, I had to force myself to eat. Not conducive to patient recovery or morale. Worse than a child's school lunchbox.
