We were referred to Dr Glen Guerra by our haematologist for my daughter’s biopsy, and I can honestly say he is the best specialist I have ever met. Initially, we expected a simple explanation of the procedure when we visited him first, but Glen went far beyond that. He was incredibly knowledgeable, caring, professional, and approachable. He reviewed all of my daughter’s previous test results and took the time to explain everything thoughtfully, which left us feeling reassured and relieved. After the surgery, we saw him twice for stitch removal and biopsy results, and each visit only strengthened my impression of his excellence and kindness. When my daughter experienced a side effect from painkillers, I emailed him (it was late Sunday afternoon), unsure what to do. He called me back within an hour to guide us through it and such responsiveness and compassion are rare. A special thank you also to Nicole, the receptionist, for her kindness and support. Words cannot express our gratitude. As a side note, my sister passed away 30 years ago from rectal cancer, and I often think how different things might have been if we had known someone like Dr Glen then. Thank you so much Dr. Guerra! You truly made one of the most challenging periods so much easier for us.

Could not fault Meredith she is amazing but the whole practice is not set up to help the customer. There is no hi caps meaning the parent of the potentially sick child has to make sure they keep the invoice to spend more time at home on admin. Then there are the amazingly long wait times if you call. Why would you not outsource that. As a parent of two children I have no longer than about 3mins of time in between one of the kids needing me for something. When I first called I had to spend 30mins on the phone. There is no excuse possible for your practice to have similar wait times to Australia Post. Your reception team seem to move at a snails pace and usually two of them will join in on a conversation with a client. You have enough staff to be handling the call volume. If not outsource it. Thirdly you are a paediatric specialising medical clinic- why do you have ONLY stairs at the front door- surely you see many babies in prams and have a higher percentage of clientele who would need a ramp to get in. All of these things I have listed seem to be common sense which is why they frustrate me so much.

waiting room is very clean and calming, the supportive posters for queer identities and available water were particularly reassuring. admin staff are all delightful and helpful, and my practitioner was very helpful and accommodating for my changing needs. would definitely recommend clarity health care to others, especially their head2health program. my only bit of criticism would be making sure that ALL admin staff are familiar with the processes around head2health. i requested that one of my sessions be rescheduled as i was sick, but i was informed incorrectly that i would not be able to reschedule. i had to go to my second-last session with my psych, assuming i was only having one, and have her inform me that rescheduling was actually possible. in future, please ensure all admin staff are familiar with rescheduling processes, and are communicating clearly with practitioners regarding available rescheduling.

Fantastic doctor. Would trust him with my life. However, would really be great if he could give his patients more assurances. Understand that as a doctor, it is difficult for him to make definitive statements about patient health as he has to protect himself and the hospital. His style from my experience is: Positive statement -> but-> negative thing can still happen. Would appreciate if he flipped it around and said: negative thing can happen -> but -> positive is the expected outcome. Nonetheless, 10/10 doctor.

I would not use this company anymore because Dr white damaged my left eye and had to go to another eye specialist to fix my left eye and when the other surgeon done the cataract in my right eye after a month after surgery I had 20/20 vision in my right eye but my left eye is not as good after going through 2 surgeries with Dr White and spending a lot of money

Overall quite good except the hospital pharmacy lost all my medications that I had to bring with me. I had a day where I didn’t have the important tablets as I have Addisons disease. Total incompetence from the pharmacy. Medication replacement very inadequate. Surgical incision site very painful to be expected.
