If it wasn’t for the things each of you did over the last 23 weeks to make sure I was seen when issue came up, or given advice over the phone, or visiting me while I was an antenatal patient, Dan and I truly don’t think we would be sitting here with our precious little Hazel bear thriving in SCN 🐻 🎀 Not all heroes wear capes, Hazel’s Heroes just happen to wear blue scrubs with a Team Cole logo! We are forever grateful and in awe of the care and compassion you provide every single patient that walks through your doors. From the first appointment through to the day procedure, I felt completely comfortable, well‑supported, and confident in her skill and expertise. I have had a face to face appointment and a follow up by Telehealth. I didn’t realise that this service was available to residents of Tasmania. I would highly recommend referral here if local psychiatrists are full. Short waiting times, friendly staff and very approachable specialist. You can opt to have all telephone or video consults if you choose. You can choose which specialist you would like to see by reading their bio on the website. I travelled to Melbourne for my first consult and had excellent directions to the clinic, and staff on the phone were very helpful in regards to transport options etc.

After 10 + years I have nothing but praise for Dr Solin. Deb and Fiona are fabulous. All the staff we have interacted with us are lovely. Dr Solin is very astute, totally up to date and on top of where my husbands health is currently at. And that is no easy task considering the complexity of my husbands condition. He is kind, patient, thoughtful with excellent clinical care and knowledge. We have absolute confidence/faith/trust in him and are very grateful to have him as my husbands doctor. Dr Solin is the reason my husband is still alive.

All staff were very kind and caring, particularly the Dr and his assistants. The waiting room seats were very comfortable and spaciously spaced, to allow easy access for walkers or wheelchairs. The whole premises was spotlessly clean. Parking access for drop off and pick up was easy( particulay with a disabled parking permit as I have).

Going to WALLSEND was not my idea in the first place .. Especially considering my address It was purely to see Dr Richard ..for the injection that should have happened in Cessnock on Tuesday ! However the Wallsend experience was fine it's just that it should have been Cessnock
