Dr Karen is a highly skilled doctor who performed a procedure for me during my pregnancy as well as my C-section both of which went well. I felt completely confident in her expertise and care. At every appointment, I left her office feeling well informed and equipped with all the information I needed to make informed decisions about my care. She creates such a comfortable and welcoming environment in her office, and I always felt like I could ask her anything without hesitation. I would absolutely recommend Dr Karen to anyone seeking compassionate and expert obstetric care, and I will definitely return to her if I am fortunate enough to have a second child.

I have had a face to face appointment and a follow up by Telehealth. I didn’t realise that this service was available to residents of Tasmania. I would highly recommend referral here if local psychiatrists are full. Short waiting times, friendly staff and very approachable specialist. You can opt to have all telephone or video consults if you choose. You can choose which specialist you would like to see by reading their bio on the website. I travelled to Melbourne for my first consult and had excellent directions to the clinic, and staff on the phone were very helpful in regards to transport options etc.

After 10 + years I have nothing but praise for Dr Solin. Deb and Fiona are fabulous. All the staff we have interacted with us are lovely. Dr Solin is very astute, totally up to date and on top of where my husbands health is currently at. And that is no easy task considering the complexity of my husbands condition. Dr. Lowes was very informative with her explanations. I felt like she truly heard me when I talked about my symptoms and had possible explanations when numerous other specialists were at a loss. She presented numerous options for treatment ranging from diet support, physio, hypnotherapy, medications, and surgery. I didn’t feel like she pressured me at all. I appreciate that she gave me two weeks to think about what we discussed and will meet again for me to ask follow up questions. I came out of the appointment feeling empowered.

Dr Jeremy Russell was excellent. Epworth hospital after operation was average. Long waits after pressing button to get assistance. I feel there’s not enough staff. After operation care doctor Craig Barnett showed interest at before op appointment BUT definitely not interested in my recovery when he visited my hospital room each of the 5 days I was in hospital. He did not great me each morning, came in sniffing with hayfever I presume, looked at my file and walked out. There’s more but I’ll leave it at that.

The interaction from start to finish was amazing. The young lady with the long hair was instrumental in fitting us in on short notice to have the urgent imaging that the doctor requested done that day. Upon arrival all staff were extremely busy but attended to patients as quickly as possible despite it been meal break time. We moved through the process with ease and without complication. Highly recommend the staff, the process, and the business. Thanks for all the help and a great experience.

Check in ,clerical and all staff were excellent leading up to going under for operation. After I woke up the nurses care was disgraceful. Im pretty sure Sinead her name was and a couple of her cronnie friends were absolutely pathetic, being rude, uncaring and totally not listening to anything I had to say. The male nurse was ,while obviously being too scared to talk up not bad , but overall I had shocking aftercare. I was lied to and not listened too so checked myself out

All staff were very kind and caring, particularly the Dr and his assistants. The waiting room seats were very comfortable and spaciously spaced, to allow easy access for walkers or wheelchairs. The whole premises was spotlessly clean. Parking access for drop off and pick up was easy( particulay with a disabled parking permit as I have).
