Practice was clean. Reception staff were just lovely. Smelt nice / music was not too loud or off putting. Provider was running a bit behind but was professional, apologetic, and afforded me the same amount of time and quality of care and never made me felt rushed or "shuffled through". This was my first visit to the practice and overall, an extremely positive experience. The Provider was a delightful man! He was exceptionally knowledgeable and personable. Felt instantly at ease. Everything was explored and explained. I was treated with great dignity and would highly recommend the practice/provider to others. The only downside, of course, is the cost. As a person on government benefits, even with a discount, it is a substantial cost to find $500 for one visit. And passing on merchant fees/bank charges (yet somewhat understandable) adds a sour aftertaste, and I may consider bringing cash next time as in a 'cost of living' crisis, every dollar counts at the moment. $100 is not so much a discount for a pensioner, and more a token offering, as $500 is a killer in one hit when there's not much left a pension in a fortnight to begin with; some could argue this is more a "me" issue, indeed. However, I'm sure there's other patients who are in similar positions. In saying this, one does "get what (or who) you pay for". And, I have to say, that the service delivered to me was far and beyond any service I have received over the past few years by any other provider of late. Ah, the conundrum. I will be back, of course, however, I can't financially justify extended, or long-term consultation, but maybe one or two more visits hopefully be enough to assist towards bettering my overall health.

I have had previous procedures performed at Maryvale Private Hospital and on these occasions I have nothing but total confidence and trust in the nursing staff and support staff. For my latest procedure ( hip replacement) I have once again nothing but praise for the nursing and support staff. In particular the nursing staff's concern about my lack of sleep and pain control was quite amazing, which I was particular grateful for. The selection of meals was very impressive but unfortunately I was unable to take full advantage of due to sleep and pain issues but what I was able to eat was wonderful. My only "complaint" was the inappropriate use of mobile phones by other patients. By inappropriate I mean using a mobile phone at 6.07 am on speaker which by the volume would have been on full volume. A total lack of consideration for other patients in the ward. I also had a mobile phone which was on silent and definitely not on speaker which I considered a courtesy to other patients.

Our dr was late but that’s ok. We get the time sensitivity and the amount of appts you have to fit in. But just wanted to share that we don’t find some of the receptionist staff that welcoming for our last visit, and I recommended a friend fertility north in the last month and she told me she rang two fertility practices and ended up going with the other one because they were far friendlier and welcoming. I just felt disappointed because I think your practice is really excellent but in regards to first impressions sometimes it misses the mark a little bit. I know generally as clientele we are often stressed and hormonal and probably tricky to deal with but that prob makes it even more important because it is a financially and emotionally huge investment to choose a fertility clinic and it would be nice to feel nurtured all the way through. To my friend the abrupt/ business like person she spoke to, that was the impression she now holds of fn which is a real shame.

I had a fantastic experience with Reece and the team. Reece has a very pleasant demeanour and explains concepts that are complicated to the average person in a way that is very easy to understand. Throughout my couple of appointments and eventual surgery, I was always kept well informed and felt immense comfort knowing Reece had my health as his top priority. This was also confirmed when he said to me 'If I'm stressed in the operating room, I'm in the wrong job'. Highly recommend Reece and I appreciate the impact he's had on my life.

I was referred to Dr Hartin by my GP. He was very professional and knowledgeable in his field. He gave me sound advice. Although there’s little that can be done to help the problem, caused by wear and tear and advanced age, I felt assured that better management of the injury, on my part, would be beneficial in the long run.

Dr Swaroopini has been helping myself and husband for our chronic medical issues. She is always friendly and makes all the complex conditions easier to understand. She considers the type of specialists we would prefer and makes the appointments for us too. She often goes out of her way to help us and we are every thankful.

All staff were extremely respectful & helpful at all times. Only suggestion is better signage as to exits following a procedure - I found it a bit confusing. You are escorted to the procedure room but I was not given directions to exit. Staff did however help me when they realised I was unsure of how to get to the exits.

I found all the staff that I came in contact with (reception, nurse and doctor) were excellent, explaining the procedure to me truthfully. The only reason I've given 4 stars is because the injection REALLY hurt 🤣, but as I said, I was already truthfully told about this.
