She never once made me feel like a nuisance, even when I had what felt like “silly” questions. Her kindness and guidance made the whole process so much easier. I would highly recommend Dr. Kuswanto and Clare to absolutely anyone considering surgery or needing gynaecological advice. The Eyeclinic in Albury Wodonga, is a professional clinic, where the staff personally care about your needs and are backed by a supportive network of professionals. Even though my daughter does not like some tests, the staff are so kind and supportive. Dr Heinecke, pediatriatic opthalmaloglist is one of best in Australia, an expert in his field and geuinely supports his patients, often going above and beyond, I cant recommend this clinic highly enough. We are so grateful to have the calibre of Dr Heinicke in our region.

The reception staff were friendly and efficient. I was called in right on my appointment time. The lovely lady who conducted my ultrasound made me feel at ease and explained everything to me. It's very important to be treated with respect but also to be shown kindness. The staff at In Focus Cessnock have this in abundance and that's why I travel 70kms to go there rather than my local radiology.

The only concern was that Dr Gibbings needs to inform the patient of the costs of various tests before chosing the various tests. Apparently he administered a few tests which were not included in the session. I was left abit embarrassed because I didn't have all of the money on the day. However, the reception staff were lovely and waited for funds to come to them later that day.
