The first time I met Dr Christos was when he approached me in the emergency ward informing me the cause of my problem. His toning made me feel that he had everything under control, and I was then much relieved as would be in good hands. After surgery completed, as my wife told me later, Dr Christos stayed with me for quite a while until I fell asleep. Frankly speaking, I had no recall of this, not recalling when I fell asleep, what was talked about, just completely blanked out. Then he visited me everyday asking how I feel, any concerns I have, making sure recovery is on track. This sounds routine for any doctor, yet it is his manner and toning that made you feel somehow warm and safe. Every concern I have, he would clearly explain to resolve my worry, for example, my swollen and bloated belly would really take time to heal due to the complexity of the surgery, just a matter of time. I was fortunate to have Dr Christos as my surgeon with such superior expertise.

I found this incredibly liberating. Regardless of outcome of my mode of delivery next time, I know I will get great support in balancing my desires for another vaginal birth verse the risk of further ongoing issues.

I have had haemorrhoids for years, been afraid of post operative pain until bled a lot recently. Dr Cheung was recommended by other doctors from different clinics. Dr Cheung is very nice and patient, he explained all the options of treatment in details and chose the most suitable one for me which is the new ligation technology. The operation was done perfectly with no pain at all after it. I didn’t take any pain killer which I expected at least for a few days. I’m super super happy, the recovery was fast and I went back to work in the third day without discomfort. Highly recommend Dr Cheung if you want to have you haemorrhoids treated. The whole team including the receptionist and assistances and anaesthesis are very professional and friendly.

i am thrilled with my experience… very slick operation in at 8 30 and home for 1 pm… had a bit of nerve pain in recovery but that was very quickly sorted .. i particularly appreciated the video of the surgery explaining everything ( that recovery chat is i find often too soon and u don’t always remember what was said either !) i can home on panadol and antiiflamatoroies plus some nausea wafers and stronger painkillers … had a little bit of nausea overnight ( not enough to make me get out of bed tho … and still haven’t used the stronger painkillers relief … with a fling i managed the treadmill ad d the bike at the gym just now ( less than 24 hours later ) i’m super excited to have a functioning joint again once the bandage comes off

The written communication prior to Appointment is not consumer focussed and borderline aggressive. Whilst it is completely reasonable that you require payment prior to accepting appointments this approach is not accessible or considerate of those in financial strain. If you have options for payment plans this was not clear. 12 months ago I would have had to decline the appointments based on this communication. Everything related to the appointments and the clinic experience has been excellent. Written responses have also been helpful and timely. Overall a great team and experience.

There should be some signs from the road mentioned in the address to the entrance of the business. We found it difficult to locate. The staff was extremely busy and took a lot of time to acknowledge . So need more staff at the reception. The form of the new patient was filled manually after we reach resulting in wasting more time. It should be done online prior to the appointment like other businesses of this sort.
