Over the last nine months particularly, but over the last ten year in total, I have been very happy with the way I have been treated at your establishment as a patient. All staff, both admin and technical staff have been very professional and friendly. I had intended to write to InFocus, prior to the survey request, to thank the staff for the kind way I was treat while having a CT scan of my back lately. I felt your team certainly tried to accommodate my needs and were very considerate of my pain level at all times. Waiting times have been very reasonable and admin staff have always made every attempt to try and fit me in so I didn't have to come back a second time. I have found all technicians very happy to answer my questions while maintaining a very high level of professionalism. Results have been sent to my doctor very promptly so I have been able to follow up with my GP without delays. I also love the Patient Portal. As a person who likes to better understand my health conditions, I find having access to the information via the portal has been helpful in making me more comfortable when I have been diagnosed with something serious and on going. It is also significant that the results are stored there long term and this gives me and professionals a chance to monitor changes over a decade. Dr He is great at explaining things very clearly and detailed relating to my diagnosis and my surgery. Especially when the diagnosis is quite confronting and this is something I’ve never dealt with Before. Dr Cheng He also allowed me to ask questions and explained the answers in great detail. He has never made me feel uncomfortable about asking questions. Dr He has a great bedside manner and i found him very easy to talk to.

There was a lot of information given and talked about. I got lost with so much information. I was asked if I had questions but my mind was all over the place with the amount of information. Perhaps some pre-printed information about doses, side effects and how to go about using the pens would be so much better. It was very overwhelming.
