My daughter saw Dr Blessy on 3 occasions (a mix of face to face and telehealth). Dr Blessy was nice and easy to talk to. Dr Blessy wrote a feedback letter to our GP after every appointment. Unfortunately, the last letter she wrote had a diagnosis in it, that was incorrect/had not been made yet. I actively questioned this by writing to the practice. I received a reply from the practice manager basically saying "Oops, sorry. we will send another letter with the correct information". This led to us losing confidence and trust in Dr Blessy. I am aware that people make mistakes and that is not my issue. I think something as serious as this probably warranted a phonecall from the doctor and an explanation. If I did not question this, my daughter would have incorrect information following her around and incorrectly informing the decisions made to support her. Really dissapointing.

I have visited Adrian over many years now. The progressive telangactasia over the tops of my feet and ankles was so bad, I was embarrassed to wear sandals, go swimming or even try on a pair of shoes. Adrian described it as the worst case he had ever seen. After a few treatments the symptoms gradually disappeared. I now make an appointment once a year where he treats any noticeable weblike veins that have begun to show themselves. The condition hasn’t totally disappeared but I very happily wear shorts, bathers, sandals and thongs. I even get my toe nails done! His treatment actually changed the quality of my life.

I was having a sleep apnea test. I arrived at 9pm as advised and was immediately taken to my room. The practitioner explained exactly what was going to happen. After I had quickly changed into night attire she put the necessary apparstus on me. I was left to sleep confident knowing what I could or couldn't do during the night. I slept soudly. I was woken at 6.30am as expected and after having the apparatus removed, I had a quick shower, packed and was directed to the foyer where I had a tasty breakfast by courtesy of the voucher I had been given.

The nurse Michelle was absolutely amazing, so kind and helpful. Holly was an angel as well, helping me make sure all my prior medical details were all collected. My experience in the rooms was calm and friendly as well. Dr Sapre was warm and supportive and explained what could possibly be happening after months of not knowing what was causing my pain and issues. He booked me in for a procedure in a timely manner and made sure I was completely clear in what was to be done and why. I feel safe going forward within his care.

My first visit I totally forgot my appointment and came in late. Thankfully my psychologist didn’t have a back to back appointment and was happy to see me when I got in. Reception was informative about how to find the office and very understanding and patient with me. My first session I felt like my psychologist was very transparent, listened very well, and advised the plan moving forward. I felt more hopeful that this psychologist was going to provide more direction and help than my last one from only one session.

The staff at Reception were so friendly amd professional from the booking of my appointmrnt to my proceedure on 6.2.26. Dr Machado was amazing he explained both benefits and possible side effects of the medications and procedure. I have complete faith in both their professionalism and expertise. They helped ease my stress.

Professor Joanne Rimmer is one of the all time greats. It was a first experience for me to go under with a frustrating sinus issue. The operation was a huge success and loving the return to breathing through my nose. Special call out to Michelle who is super organised and genuinely lovely. She made getting to theatre seamless. Alongside the whole team at the clinic, I had a wonderful experience and couldn’t recommend the whole team.

My husband and I have been attending this clinic for several years for our annual skin check. I find the doctor to be very pleasant to deal with and the staff are friendly and efficient. My husband had a skin cancer removed and the experience while stressful was conducted with minimal invasion and good after care. The only negative is that the doctors fees are quite expensive.

All of the staff are extremely helpful and put you at ease from the outset. Each room is private with solid walls. The anaesthetist came and installed a shunt in my hand which was the only pain I experienced throughout the whole procedure. I gently went to sleep and later woke to be told it was all finished and would I like tea or coffee and a sandwich.

We stay overnight at a nearby motel to ensure plenvu activation is not embarrassing for the patient..hence a morning procedure is preferable to later in the hospitals afternoon list. Otherwise patient and driver appreciated all hospital services.
