Over the last nine months particularly, but over the last ten year in total, I have been very happy with the way I have been treated at your establishment as a patient. All staff, both admin and technical staff have been very professional and friendly. I had intended to write to InFocus, prior to the survey request, to thank the staff for the kind way I was treat while having a CT scan of my back lately. I felt your team certainly tried to accommodate my needs and were very considerate of my pain level at all times. Waiting times have been very reasonable and admin staff have always made every attempt to try and fit me in so I didn't have to come back a second time. I have found all technicians very happy to answer my questions while maintaining a very high level of professionalism. Results have been sent to my doctor very promptly so I have been able to follow up with my GP without delays. I also love the Patient Portal. As a person who likes to better understand my health conditions, I find having access to the information via the portal has been helpful in making me more comfortable when I have been diagnosed with something serious and on going. It is also significant that the results are stored there long term and this gives me and professionals a chance to monitor changes over a decade. Natalia is very open n honest with her explanation.. eventhough it can be brutal n upsetting 😢.. it’s a very good thing .. as it’s always supported with facts n figures. She is a good listener n is willing to listen to patient’s needs. And to come up with a plan to satisfy their needs. Natalia is compassion towards her patient n shows great care in giving her best to achieve the greatest outcome. 👍 Her operation n procedures are top class n any issues eg excess bleeding are attended to immediately. She is meticulous, careful, well planned, confident n always wear a smile 😊 on her face. Her stitching work is very neat n tidy n heal up very nicely. After surgery, all wounds n cuts are bandaged up nicely .. Like nothing has happened… which is good to see. 🤪 Overall, I’m very happy to hav her do my breast masectomy … as all has gone very well and I’m on the road to recovery. My first greeting was - can I see your identification. I have never been asked that on previous occasions when presenting for a day procedure at a private health facility. The form which I had to sign was hurriedly passed over to me and I should have been given a copy to keep. It shouldn't matter whether I was fully covered, as in this case by my health fund or if I had to pay an out of pocket amount. I didn't feel welcomed.

Operation went well , The nurses were always saying there low on staff when I asked for anything or food , I always waited and got No food when I was starving after the operation....I paid 100 percent out of my pocket for the radical Prostatecomy operation happy it was done quick but not so happy with No food and telling me they were short staffed as It cost pretty big money for the operation...

There was a lot of information given and talked about. I got lost with so much information. I was asked if I had questions but my mind was all over the place with the amount of information. Perhaps some pre-printed information about doses, side effects and how to go about using the pens would be so much better. It was very overwhelming.

I found Dr. Bazaadut very friendly but slightly reticent to fully explain the procedure and its possible outcomes. I had confidence in his ability to do the procedure to a high standard. After the operation, I would’ve appreciated a postoperative visit from him in the hospital. I felt a bit like I just been tossed out.

Got in super quick even though I was early, staff were super friendly! My ultrasound tech was very kind, reassuring and knowledgeable, which considering I’m pregnant was a god send at putting my mind at ease. I’ve had bad experiences at other ultrasound places and will absolutely come back here when needed!
