Always friendly staff. Initial checks usually completed in a timely manner, however there is often a longer wait to see the specialist themselves. (More than enough time to maximise action of those eye dilation drops) I actually don’t mind the wait, as when you do see the Dr you don’t feel rushed, and they take the time to fully explain everything, and answer any questions. That focus on service and care in the appointment makes up for any extra waiting time.

Wait time was minimal. Procedure went well, although I did wait, what I thought was, a long time motionless which was very irritating for my tennis elbow which I am suffering with at the moment. I believe there was an unforeseen event which delayed my procedure, which I fully understand needed to be attended to. The lovely staff did come back a couple of tlmes to check on me which I appreciated

My diabetes has since stabilised and i’m pleased that my sugars are in check except when I eat “naughty” food which tends to spike my readings.. hence have to be very careful that I do not consume too many sugary items that cause the blood sugars to spike.
