My healing journey began in late 2024 following gallbladder removal surgery. Unfortunately, my body rejected the sutures used, which resulted in three additional surgeries over an extended period lasting until April 2026. Throughout this challenging time, I saw Dr Reza regularly, and the care he provided was truly exceptional. Dr Reza was always accessible and accommodating. I was consistently offered appointments on the same day or the following day after contacting his office. He is honest, compassionate, and up front. Having a very low pain tolerance, I deeply appreciate the care he took in considering this when discussing treatment options. During my most recent surgery, I was treated with a VAC machine and required follow up care with a wound specialist at community health twice a week for six weeks. Dr Reza remained closely involved throughout this process, receiving regular updates and personally maintaining communication with the wound specialist. I am also extremely grateful to Charlotte, who managed my appointments, coordinated out‑of‑hospital care, and maintained detailed records throughout my healing journey.

Dr De Luca took the time to listen and understand my medical and personal needs, concerns and individual symptoms, knowing not everyone fits the cookie cutter. When you have an autoimmune disease, 'quality of life' is at the forefront of your mind, always. Dr. Vadim Mirmilstein is an amazing Fertility Specialist. He is thorough in his pre-examinations and ensures that he listens to his client's concerns regarding their fertility health and aims to produce a positive and healthy pregnancy in the first attempt. Dr. Mirmilstein listened to our concerns and ensured that he utilised every medication, hormone and vitamin to promote a healthy and viable pregnancy in our first treatment. We were successful with our first IUI treatment and returned back to him and had a successful embryo transfer the first time as well. We never even questioned going to another specialist. He will be the only specialist we visit and we only recommend him to our friends going through the same.journey as we did. Dr Morris is an excellent surgeon and I'm extremely happy with how my surgery turned out. There was a mix up with the paperwork however which could have been avoided. My only concern was that the day after my surgery Dr Morris visited me in hospital and needed to check my condition which is of course understandable. I felt very vulnerable and exposed and started shaking and crying and couldn't breath properly when my chest was uncovered after the bi-lateral mastectomy. It would have been very nice if Dr Morris had told me that is a common reaction after surgery, and I'll be fine, or something similar, as I was frightened and confused by my reaction at that time.

Outstanding professional doctor/ specialist. Friendly greeting, very welcoming, puts you at ease.. Dr Louis listened to what I had to say without interruption. He didn’t rush the consultation. He looked at me while talking to me. He explained throughly my situation/ issues. He suggested follow-ups and what will be needs to happen in the near future. He referred me to another specialist. An excellent gynaecologist and I will definitely return and recommend him to anyone. The receptionist were also very efficient.

It was very bad indeed. I had to ask to have the room cleaned. I was forced to leave in the rudest most confrontational manner even though after I left that night I had fevers and passed out on my toilet falling on my hip. Fevers continued till today a week or so later I am now on antibiotics and finally feel a little better. That place is run by a Nurse Ratchett. Someone should look into my treatment there.
