We were referred to Dr Glen Guerra by our haematologist for my daughter’s biopsy, and I can honestly say he is the best specialist I have ever met. Initially, we expected a simple explanation of the procedure when we visited him first, but Glen went far beyond that. He was incredibly knowledgeable, caring, professional, and approachable. He reviewed all of my daughter’s previous test results and took the time to explain everything thoughtfully, which left us feeling reassured and relieved. After the surgery, we saw him twice for stitch removal and biopsy results, and each visit only strengthened my impression of his excellence and kindness. When my daughter experienced a side effect from painkillers, I emailed him (it was late Sunday afternoon), unsure what to do. He called me back within an hour to guide us through it and such responsiveness and compassion are rare. A special thank you also to Nicole, the receptionist, for her kindness and support. Words cannot express our gratitude. As a side note, my sister passed away 30 years ago from rectal cancer, and I often think how different things might have been if we had known someone like Dr Glen then. Thank you so much Dr. Guerra! You truly made one of the most challenging periods so much easier for us.

waiting room is very clean and calming, the supportive posters for queer identities and available water were particularly reassuring. admin staff are all delightful and helpful, and my practitioner was very helpful and accommodating for my changing needs. would definitely recommend clarity health care to others, especially their head2health program. my only bit of criticism would be making sure that ALL admin staff are familiar with the processes around head2health. i requested that one of my sessions be rescheduled as i was sick, but i was informed incorrectly that i would not be able to reschedule. i had to go to my second-last session with my psych, assuming i was only having one, and have her inform me that rescheduling was actually possible. in future, please ensure all admin staff are familiar with rescheduling processes, and are communicating clearly with practitioners regarding available rescheduling.

Dr Siddarth Trevedi is one of the best specialists I have ever had . He made me feel at ease from my very 1st appointment. He left no stone unturned to provide me with the very best outcome to my problem. He has an extremely good bedside manner, he listens, answered all my questions, gave me as much time as required during my consultation s. I had a challenging year with debilitating Af, & he moved mountains to organise an oblation which has been extremely successful. I had to phone him once or twice & he always rang me back & thanked me for getting in touch when I needed to ask specific questions about my medications. I think Dr Trevedi is a wonderful asset to Complete Health.

I was asked to come in early way b4 my appt time at 1.40 on 9th Sept. I arrived at around 11 am and was not seen br Dr untill 2.15. In that waiting time no staff member came to speak to me about the hold up. I approached the front desk to ask but no one coukd enlighten me as to the delay. I nearly left but as i had made my visit there from the southcoast i decided to stay.

Dr Niruben Rajasagaram

Had a cholecystectomy early last week. Another surgeon was initially scheduled, but as upper gastrointestinal is Dr Niruben’s specialty, he was recommended to take the op. From first contact Dr Niruben was professional and personable. Op went well and recovery is progressing well. Follow up appt scheduled for Jan with Dr Niruben. Can highly recommend.

Appoints we’re running behind schedule but the doctor was apologetic and in turn, thorough with my appointment. My condition and all options were clearly explained and follow up treatments planned and booked in.

The only thing that I would suggest is that there needs to be more communication around fees. I received no information or instructions on how & when payment was to be paid by. I thought I’d paid for everything but I arrived & at checking I was told there was still the full amount of the bill to be paid.
