The staff member who attended to me, wasn't as communicative. as most of the others.
Reception staff friendly and very helpful. Ultrasound tech also amazing and explained thoroughly. Report was available promptly which allowed me to follow up with gp and work out a plan for the weekend for an event I had planned
All good parking a bit hard but now I know I can park across road at Bunnings heaps of car parks thanks
I arrived early & was seen to early on a very hot day the temperature of the office was cool & welcoming, this made for an even more pleasant experience how friendly & accomodating the staff are. Thank you
The health service requires patient/client to sign documents relating to the procedures but the patient/client does not receive a copy of what has been signed/agreed to. It would be a great improvement for patient to be provided with a copy of what the patient/client had signed.
The interaction from start to finish was amazing. The young lady with the long hair was instrumental in fitting us in on short notice to have the urgent imaging that the doctor requested done that day. Upon arrival all staff were extremely busy but attended to patients as quickly as possible despite it been meal break time. We moved through the process with ease and without complication. Highly recommend the staff, the process, and the business. Thanks for all the help and a great experience.
Reception was friendly and efficient. Wait time was minimal. Procedure was easy
