My first time at In Focus Wallsend and it was great. Friendly staff with some new staff also obviously being trained but it wasn’t a problem and my scan was nice and quick also. Well done!
Reception staff were lovely. Minimal wait time for the appointment.
I went to your Wallsend clinic to be told I was booked in at warners bay. (I had said Wallsend to the telephone reception) The staff were amazing they fit me in without a problem. I arrived early which was a blessing as it was 8.15 for an 8.30 appointment they took me straight in and I was out by 8.30 before the first patient was due. Everything single moment was amazing. High quality service. I would go no where else. Thankyou to your amazing staff Coral B.
