I have been a patient of Dr. Lighten for the past 18 months. We first consulted him for support with getting pregnant through IVF, but through his thorough investigations, he identified issues that no other doctor had even considered. The knowledge, care, and professionalism my husband and I received—not only from Dr. Lighten but from the entire team—have been truly exceptional. From the very first phone call, to being welcomed at reception, through scans, egg collections, and procedures, the level of care has been outstanding at every step. I cannot thank Dr. Lighten and his staff enough, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking compassionate and expert fertility care.

My recent visit was a truly wonderful experience. After Dr Lighten performed my endometriosis surgery, I was fortunate to fall pregnant, which already meant so much to me. At my second ultrasound today, everything was progressing beautifully with the baby, and I felt incredibly reassured and grateful. Dr Lighten’s care has been exceptional from the very beginning. I always felt listened to, supported and in very capable hands. His expertise, professionalism and compassionate approach made a significant difference in my journey.
