Very calming, reassuring and friendly from the whole team. No doubt at all that I was in safe hands.
It was great to be told all went well with the procedure, as expected.
Super grateful for this doctor as he was so calm so professional very kind and genuine
I had a very good experience and a good outcome with the treatment l received from Dr Gray. I do suffer from a bit of white coat fever however l was at no time uncomfortable or anxious due to Dr Gray’s bedside manner. Thank you for your professional manner.
Dr Gray is a truly lovely man who I would highly recommend to anyone considering gallbladder removal. He shows kindness, patience and was happy to answer any questions that I had.
I was referred to Dr Gray for removal of a lump in my upper middle back. Elected to have it removed with local anaesthetic instead of general. I had never had a surgery before and felt informed, safe and comforted through out the entire process. After the early morning operation, which was completed quickly, my wife picked me up and I told her it was fun. It was! I even got to pick the music: some MoTown feel good tunes that Dr Gray sang along to as he did the job. The team in the office and the theatre were all superb and the back is healing nicely. Thanks again to all. Very appreciative for the quality of service and care. 💪🏼🙏🏼
I initially underestimated the surgery, but my experience turned out to be positive. Dr Andrew was realistic about what to expect, which helped me feel prepared and reassured. He was calm, clear, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. This made a big difference in reducing my anxiety. Overall, I felt well supported throughout the process
I really appreciate the time Dr gray took to explain to me what was happening and my Results. I feel more confident with my outlook knowing and understanding he is looking after me.
Andrew and I studied together and trained in the same hospital in Lyon France
