Explanation

Dr. Andrew Gray is the best example of an exemplary high standard Australian healthcare, medical and surgery professional. He is knowledgeable, caring, informative, patient, thorough and well liked by his happy staff. Being cared for should feel anyway else. I have referred my family and extended family onto him for care. I was told that the Bass Coast Helath use to receive many complaints because of careless fly in or drive in and out surgeons and doctors and that I may get the best of the best. That's true. Dr. Andrew Gray and his staff are the best of the best. Thank goodness I received help from Dr. Gray and his team. This was a positive life changing experience for me.

Explanation

Andy was compassionate and gentle and considerate. He went beyond to find out that I was actually misdiagnosed and rang me at home in the evening with the news that he believed I did not have cancer. Instead a rare autoimmune disorder. He was the only doctor that was pushing for this theory and ordered blood tests. He proved himself right and he turned my life around. I had a second opinion from a surgeon at Cabrini Malvern that did not go along with this initially and he was going to perform high risk surgery on me instead until he saw the results of blood test Dr Andrew Gray ordered. A reading of 3.8 showing IGG4 disease. The reading for 4 times stronger than what it would normally show. All surgery was postponed and cancelled and now I’m being treated for this disease with positive success showing. Thank you Andy. Thank you!!!
