The process from beginning to end was seamless. I could not fault anything. Andy made me feel at ease with his calm and gentle demeanour. All of the other staff I encountered were equally as kind, reception, admissions and nursing staff. Shout out to Dr Hanna the anaesthetist for distracting me with his quirky stories. Overall very happy with the experience.
I had a really good experience with Dr Gray. He was kind and easy to talk to, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense, which really helped me feel comfortable going into surgery. Everything also moved pretty quickly, which I appreciated. I had a few issues come up with insurance, but he and his team sorted it out without me having to stress about it. Overall, I felt really well looked after and supported the whole way through. I’m very grateful and would definitely recommend him.
I found Dr Gray was easy to communicate with, and explained everything simply & clearly.

Dr Gray was excellent to deal with and very informative regarding my health issue. The office staff were also wonderful in coordinating my appointments and follow up.
Thank you Dr Gray for your personal care and professionalism in creating a positive outcome for my ERCP and EUS procedures.
I'm in the field and understand what constitutes a good physician. This gentleman is a great physician and others would do well to emulate his empathy, clarity and competence.
A very professional service from Dr Gray with clear and concise information provided. The procedure performed was undertaken with care.
Excellent hospital experience but not enough take home information about not just discomfort but exctmrutiating pain that seemed to be dismissed quite lightly.
Andrew and I studied together and trained in the same hospital in Lyon France
